The transition from First Midwest Bank was awful! The ATM doesn't always work and the people from FMB was always nice. Today I stopped by to do a deposit and the teller mumbled what I thought was a greeting but she didn't allow me to listen and say hi (that wasn't the first time). They're robots now!!! I'm very dissatisfied with this new bank!!

Conveniently located and staff are very efficient. You rarely see a long line because once a line starts to form, they quickly bring in additional tellers.

I have been a customer for far too long I guess. While the tellers and bankers are very good there is no help for business customers. I'll be moving to another financial institution. I don't appreciate service companies that are inaccessible to customers.

I deposited money at this bank today 09-10-19 at 12:25PM and the man working put my money in someone else's account. When dealing with money you should always be careful and double check. I am so unhappy right now!!!
