Ordered online for delivery to my house. Doordash was contracted by Lou's to deliver. Doordash could not find my house..they were lost. I cancelled the order which made the Doordash driver so upset that he threatened to blow up my house.NOT KIDDING!!! I filed a police report against the Doordash driver.Lincolnwood location

I called 800-LOU-TO-GO, the number on the frozen pizza package purchased from the grocery store, to ask if the sausage on the pizza was spicy. The guy who took my call said is wasn't. I asked him what kind of spices were in the sausage. He said that all of the ingredients are online. After asking him to wait until I look it up, he hung up on me. I never did find the info. on the website. I called back and asked for a Manager. That was three days ago. No call back. Did they call you?

Wow, wow,wow-they want you to use the app. I did, however after placing my order, app said unable to process the card at this time, try another card or try again later. Fast forward the pending charges went through and getting the last 2 charges credited is not happening which is why I opened a dispute charge with my bank. There is no follow, I was told someone would contact me twice and one would be the district manager for the store in my area-never happened as well. I was told tonight a MOD at the local level would email me in 30 minutes or so-over 2 hours now and no email or followup. Why lie? POOREST customer service ever and others have had the same experience.

Even Pizza Hut does a better job at getting orders correctWOW. just got the replacement order and still wrong. Nick the manager said he issued me a credit. What good does that go if the order is wrong and we are not eating itPerhaps a new manager is needed tooWhat’s even funnier is he said he gave me a credit on my order. I paid with cashI didn’t receive any cash back. So Nick is also a total lier!!!

127th / Harlem in Palos heights. No one at the counter… ever. Two or three people will come in behind me and ask if anyone even works there if if the place is even open. App always shows the wrong pickup time. Always 25-30 minutes later. They have screwed up our order before but tonight was the last straw.Sounds like they are having a rave in the kitchen and counter girl always back there hanging out. Always a different one, and none of them are ever up front.so busy talking to the guys that work in the back about nothing, then forgets part of our order. Called back, after I got home, they don’t care.So done with this place, go to Papa Joes, Joes Italian Villa, Capri, or the pizza place right across the street. Anywhere but this hot mess, been like this since they opened.

I sat in the Western Springs location for over 20 minutes with no other customers while I watched no less than six customers walk in, and get their pizzas immediately. I paid ahead of time, and according to the app it was ready at 7:20-my arrival at 7:24. I don't mind waiting, but what is unacceptable is your entire staff acting as if I was invisible while I waited for you to make a "salad" -a pitiful excuse considering I watched several employees pulling salads out of the cooler no more than 6 feet away. I've already contacted your corporate office, and I can promise you I will never do business with your organization again. The order I took home? It's in the garbage and App uninstalled.-The End

I love this pizza! Not the frozen stuff from Taste of Chicago (tried it, didn’t like it at all not the same no matter what they say) but the real pizza from the Elmhurst location

I had the exact same thing happen to me. As the other reviewer where I ordered 3 pizzas and my card was declined. I tried 3 times and was charged on my account all three times at the LAKE ZURICH location manager there was at least nice but I waited over a month and only two charges were reversed even though he said everything was on the house. It’s sad in 2022 we can’t help our customers and just steal money from them? Unreal. I will also never go back

Lou Malnati’s in Joliet Shorewood they were very late ,pizza was very cold and when I called they could care less! I will never order from them again!! If I could give less than one star I would. I think I’m more upset at their lack of giving an absolute care than the fact that the pizza was actually late and cold. Lou Malnatis may need to start training their staff a little better if they want to keep people coming to their restaurant or ordering from their restaurant. There’s a lot of other pizza places out there!

If I was to describe this pizza as horrible, that would be a compliment...Malnati's is not what it used to be...To be specific, the Libertyville location is delivering poor quality.
