“Odin and I stopped in on our way home from the Lake Forest dog park and we had a wonderful experience! He got so much love from the lady who helped us (I am so sorry I don't remember her name). She gave him free treats and I was able to let him pick out a few things to bring home! She was also very knowledgeable about the dog food and was able to give me suggestions! We will be back 100%. I have been a loyal customer to Chewy because they have had such great customer service, but I received amazing customer service from a local company and that is good enough for me!”
“We took our two dogs here to get their nails trimmed. The groomer couldn't have been nicer. One of the dogs was very skittish, and she kept talking to him in a very calm voice to keep him calm. I wish I knew her name to give her the proper recognition she deserves.”

“I bring my pup here for nail dremeling and I’ll never go anywhere else. Like many dogs, it’s not his favorite thing…but he’s had a particularly rough time at other places. He’s escaped the grip of people at the large chain pet stores, had to be muzzled at the vet, etc. Sean is so quick and skilled with how he handles him, we’re in and out in about 5 minutes! Highly recommend!”

Every time you will call, you will get a lady with an attitude behind the phone line. It almost seems like these women want you to do the work for them again nice work but work on the nasty attitudes on the phone…”
