I don't come inside often but I usually get good service. Melissa took good care of me today in getting me a cashier check.

Beware of their aggressive, sleazy sales of their credit cards and CD's. Rates are not competitive. Bank elsewhere.

This location has been very helpful in meeting me banking needs, explaining processes in place to protect bankers/customers, and recommending options and ideas to consider in order to improve business. Tom, specifically at this location is consistently friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

The clowns from this Buffalo Grove branch keep calling me even though I have moved WAY out of the area five years ago. And my PNC record shows my current address 20 miles away. Apparently they do not understand geography.

This location has awfully slow service. There is more tellers than actual customers, yet it still takes them forever.

This review pertains to PNC's business checking accounts and credit cards in general. PNC has continually made the operation of our business more difficult. A few examples are as follows...despite owning a joint business account with multiple authorized users, only one external account is permitted. If each owner would like to take an equitable distribution, it's not possible and has to be funneled through one external account - creating added accounting and admin work. Additionally, the online portal does a poor job of tracking activity outisde of six months...again, causing additional leg work on the business end. As a solution, we thought we could avoid most of these issues by transitioning our business checking to a competitor, while leaving our PNC business credit cards in place due to the automatic payments to various vendors that have been established over the years. Recently, we were planning for a larger than normal expense that exceeded our credit limit by $300 (keep in mind, our credit limit is quite low to begin with at $6K). Despite seven years with no issues and never missing a payment, PNC refused to increase our credit limit without completing a time consuming credit increase application, which will take further time for approval. Once again, PNC has presented an obstacle in conducting business - which we were ultimately forced to seek an alternative means of payment in order to meet the expense in a timely manner.

Have been working with folks at this branch for a little more than a year. Such a pleasure from the moment I walk in -- they are friendly, professional, competent. Feels like a "personal" bank rather than some big business corporate bank.

Business hours are a joke! I work too and need a bank who is open besides 9-5.
