This Bank in Dundee Illinois has been stealing money from my aunt. My aunt is almost 90 years old has been struggling to keep herself together mentally and physically. US Bank in Dundee Illinois is retaining monies that do not belong to them. My aunt is been struggling to try to get this money back and they are forcibly keeping it which constitutes, consumer fraud. We are now pressing forward and will show US Bank how wrong they are.

Terrible!!! I just checked the reviews and understood that it keeps happening for a while. I won't suggest this bank to anyone. Everyone stay away from this bank. I went there today to use my security box the one that i am paying fee every year and have been told that i need to make an appointment for it. Not only that . An appointment needs to be before 4 o'clock. I actually have job and free only after 4pm. When i have told them that nobody cared and still didn't make any effort in order compensate this situation even though there were two employees who took time to tell me about an appointment but did nothing in order to make their paying customer satisfied. Once again i am going to look for another bank where customers are main priorities not like in this bank. DON'T RECOMMEND this BANK TO ANYONE!!!!

This bank behaves very ugly, they talk disrespectfully, the tone in the conversation as if you had come to their house.The woman with dark hair who worked there today was very rude and behaved very ugly with clients.

I when today to use my security box. They said they are low of stuff so no one can go with me. And I needed to make an appointment prior. I do not understand why I have security box and pay for it if I can not use it. So disappointed

Good location. Still there with few employees and less hours. Sometimes the line take for ever to move inside or out. Clean and Friendly staff.

The tellers are always pleasant and polite. They seem happy to be there and happy to help out customers. They've gotten a new ATM(Within the last year)which I'm not overly thrilled with. It's extremely slow, you have to tap really hard and often multiple times on the screen to make your transaction and there have been several times already when I've gone to use it and it's been out of order.

If I could give this bank a ZERO I would!! If you want good customer service go elsewhere!!! Extremely rude service from the branch manager. My husband opened an account and we were going in to have my name added on the account, we waited for well over an hour. I asked a teller to help and she told us that she had to stay at the teller line because the other employee was new. Which was a blatant lie as we had just watched her spend time in an ajacent room with another customer for well over 20 minutes. When I asked her about the fact that we had observed her in the other room she got even more rude as she realized she had been caught up in her own lie. I asked to speak with the branch manager and she stated that she was the manager (Her name is Demetra). And still she refused to help us. Never once did she apologize for making us wait. While waiting we observed her being rude to several other customers who were in line. She was particularly rude to one customer who she told her that she would have to come back with her own laptop to do a transaction. When the customer had gotten upset the policy the manager did then take care of her transaction on the banks computers. So again she lied! I can't imagine who hired her as a manager because she was totally rude, had NO customer service skills and was lazy. An awful first impression of a bank! If this is the kind of service I can expect show me the door. She was non -apologetic about the wait , her attitude was to not inconvenience her and to make an appointment with Christine in the future. We made an appointment for another day and we so upset once we got home that after making lunch my husband went back and closed the account. If we have that much trouble just getting my name put on the account I can only imagine how awful it would be if we ever encountered a true problem. If you are looking for a friendly bank that has your best interest at heart, a bank that displays common courtesy this is not the bank for you. STEER CLEAR!!!! There are other Banks within walking distance, do yourself a favor. Go elsewhere!! I really wish I had read YELP before considering this bank. I see now that I am not the only one who has had problems at this bank and with this employee.

The asphalt around the building is a mess, very uneven, you must drive very slow, maybe its by design. The employees are pleasant and personable. They may even remember your name. The service is quick. Never had an issue.

My original FIVE STAR review for Marisa Barrera at this USBank location absolutely still stands, however after an incident there today I will reduce the overall rating to just ONE STAR. My wife and I stopped by the bank today to add her name as a co-owner to a CD account that I opened a few days ago and the blonde female banker, who was sitting at the desk to the right of the door as you enter, told us that we could not add her to that account until the term was over. That was NOT what I was told when I had opened the account, however she was adamant that it was not possible. She did say that, as beneficiary on the account, my wife would receive the money if I died before the CD term was over. At that point my wife became so extremely distraught and emotional at hearing that to the point that, after exiting the facility, a policeman who was handling a nearby accident actually stopped at our car in the bank's parking lot to see if she was all right. Upon returning home after and emotional drive, I received a call from that same banker stating that she checked with management who informed her that she was in error and my wife COULD HAVE BEEN ADDED after all. Too little, too late! Because of the misinformation given to us by the blonde banker, my wife and I were both subjected to emotional distress to the point that when we arrived home she had to take a tranquilizer. USBANK, and its predecessors which it took over at that location, have been my bank for over 20 years (except for a 2 year hiatus) and I have NEVER had as poor an experiences from them, or from ANY OTHER BANK with whom I have ever had dealings. I will likely move my money to another bank after this incident . ----------------------------------- I stopped by today to open a checking account and rent a safe deposit box. A lovely and charming young lady named Malisa Barrera saw to my every need and answered all my questions. She was both highly professional and competent in her dealings with me. It took a little while to get everything done, there were many items to discuss and papers to sign, but Malisa made it a very pleasant experience. Kudos to her and to USBank for having her on their team.
