I remember that it was cold that day, the driver came on time. Very friendly, and very patient. We had issues when we got to Walmart to drop the car, he manage to park it since Walmart would not allow him drop the car in their workshop because there was no battery in the car. The following day, the same car died on Gray & North Ave, he was there within a twinkle of an eye. Very respectful driver

I cancelled my service because they never showed up, the said 50 minutes, 2.5 hrs later I had speedy g towing over still waiting for deluxe. If they would of been reliable and on time I would of had my car fixed today. Instead I had to call off from work tomorrow now too. They should reimburse me but I know they won't.

Nicole needs to be FIRED! She's some sort of narcissist that will just talk all over you; while, will accuse you of doing exactly that! She has zero responsibility for her utter failure for accurately recounting her previous discussions with her Clients. By the way, they AREN'T BBB Accredited! ... She, and her cohort, Antonio, will not disclose the names of the Owners of this "operation" or keep any responsibility for their own actions! I'll do business elsewhere.

Deluxe towing was the place that my car got towed and it was the best place found. Antonio is such a great person, very kind and helped me get couple things out of my car. Very warm person and welcoming. Nicole was very attentive and answered all my questions every time I called Deluxe towing. She was very transparent trough the process since this is the first time I use towing services, always attentive. Thank you!

This a great towing company and really friendly staff. Also very reasonable for tows and tow driver was a great person I strongly advise to use Deluxe towing.
