First class service. My tractor broke down south of Chicago. Most dealerships said it would be a few days before they could even look at it! Interstate got it in the shop first thing in the morning and had me rolling that afternoon! I was very thankful I was 2,000 miles from home I did not even have to spend 1 night in a motel. They handled the warranty work what else could you ask for in a shop? They were great

Do not use these guys, they will tell you there is a credit card deposit which will go toward the charges for any services performed but they will tell you the diagnostic work was 100% of the deposit. They charge 2 hours each way to go from carol stream to downtown which is insane. If I knew it would be $1000 to spend 1-2 hours to diagnose my generator I would have gone elsewhere. Do not use these guys unless you want to get ripped off. Absolute bait and switch. Again, they will tell you you're paying a deposit toward any costs and once they have your deposit they'll make up charges that equal the 1000 dollar deposit. STAY AWAY.
