My dog spent 5 nights in an intensive Care Unit and we spent an incredible amount of money but we finally have her home. Please take your pet elsewhere. Spring Hill Veterinary Clinic does not even understand the basics in veterinary care. Their incompetence and misdiagnosis had put my dog in the emergency room fighting for her life. The ER said this should have never have happened and it could have been prevented if Spring Hill had done a simple blood test. It's just standard practice. Their error has caused us so much pain mentally and financially. Please look elsewhere and learn from our mistake. Ii deeply regret trusting them with her care.

We went to this vet for years and it is not what it used to be. All they are focused on is make as much money as possible and that is it sad to me how much this vet has gone down the drain! We had 2 dogs that went to this vet and when my one dog was dying they weren't there and said the soonest that they could get us in was an appointment 5-6 days from that day I called. The staff is also very rude every time you call which I am sorry if you hate your job or you don't like dealing with people.... Maybe you should choose a different profession! Wouldn't recommend this vet to anyone. Those are just a few of the many bad experiences.

We took our dog Coke (brother named Pepsi) to Springhill Veterinary Clinic last week. We adopted Coke from an Aussie Rescue Organization about 7 years ago when he was 2 or 3. He had been very abused before he was rescued, so he was very anxious and frightened of many things and situations. He has improved a lot, but is still very scared in several situations, on being riding in the car, and another being entering strange places. He was very anxious when we brought him in, but the people at Springhill were so king and calming. We brought Coke in because he'd been acting pretty sluggish and not at all himself. We had Dr Rettinick (? sorry) and she was wonderful with Coke and with us. She was very thorough and did some tests for Senior dogs. The next day, she called and told us Coke's tests were good, but he was just a little dehydrated. She said we'd keep an eye on that. This place is really good. I know we will take Coke to Springhill Veterinary Clinic for years to come!

It's family owned and operated. They have techs that have been known to get into a cage to calm down a fur baby that had been freaking out while coming out of anesthesia after a surgery.

Great Vet and People who work there. Brought my dog cookie a boxer there since she was a puppy. She had a heard murmur then later on in life tore her ACL and had surgery done there and she lived to be 13. They helped us from beginning to the end. Now they are taking care of 2 new members of our family.

Dr.Redeker and her team saved our bunny!!! (^0^)/ My bunny did not eat, drink and also he did not defecate. Dr.Redeker saw our bunny, and she checked him. She checked his mouth and teeth. Her staff held my bunny, and Dr. opened his mouth and put a tool in his mouth to keep his mouth open. She cut his sharped teeth. Her way to cut his teeth was so fast. They took care of our bunny gently and kindly. My bunny got medicine and food for his intestines. Two days after, my bunny defecated, which made us happy (^0^), and after three days, he completely recovered. (^0^)/ I was happy that I could see how the doctor and her team opened my bunny's mouth. Showing their way to take care of our pet in front of the owner makes us feel trustworthy！！！ Of course, Dr. Redeker's explanation about her treatment was easy to understand.！！！ Thank you so much for your great help to our irreplaceable bunny.

Was very pleased with the service and the folks that work there. You can tell they are very loving and caring. The only issue I had was the price given over the phone vs what was charged was not consistent.

In all these 20 years that I have taken my pets in for medical attention, treatment, or yearly exams, Dr. Poynor and staff are amazing and have ALWAYS gone "over and beyond" when they have been accommodating to me and attentive to my pets. Dr. Poynor has always taken her time to answer all of my questions to my satisfaction. She has never given me the impression that she's in a hurry or wants to be somewhere else during my visit. Even after my dogs' appts., she always stays for 2 mins to talk. She obviously cares. In all of these years, I have NOT ONCE had an issue with any of them. They are trustworthy, reliable, and efficient in what they do. Not only are they cheerful and encouraging, ANYONE can tell that they are there because of their love for animals. And they deliver: Whenever a dog has had a problem, Dr. Poynor and staff would get the job done.......whatever the issue. This is a stellar place. There's no one here who's shady or just trying to take your money or who doesn't know what she's doing. I used to live in Spring Hill but then moved to Brentwood. I drive miles and miles to come here because I know that my animals will receive the BEST attention. As a result, I leave with happy pets. And, thanks to Dr. Poynor and staff, all of my pets have been healthy....What more can one ask for??? THANK YOU, SHVC!!!!!!

I moved out from California and searched for a veterinarian near me. I found this one and did my reading why it has 5 ⭐'s. It has great reviews so I decided to go. For being there the first time the nurse who attended me took my dog Annie was very nice! Do to the covid restrictions I was attended outside in my car while I waited which I didn't mind. I got a call from Dc Redeker and told me what will be done and what needs to be done in the near future plus was very nice and explained everything well. I was pleased by the service and also with the lady who attended my call to make the appointment. I noticed the phone lines we're very busy as we talked do to that they must be doing something right! Thumbs up keep up the good work!!

100% recommend. They did our dogs ACL surgery. When she wasn't back to her old self they got us in for extra appointment when they were fully booked already. We now have solid answers and we are on our way back to new normal w a diabetic dog.
