Our Story
Big Jones has been wowing diners for more than fifteen years with its refined take on homestyle Southern cooking. One guest said "It's like your grandma trained in a Michelin star kitchen!" We buy most of our ingredients either directly from local farms or artisan producers in the South, and you can taste the difference. Chef Paul's passion for fine Bourbon and wine informs the bar menu as well, with a huge Bourbon list and smart, eclectic wine list from farmer-producers that grow great fruit and make wine with it. Our passion for seasonal cooking extends to the bar as well, where the standard Sazerac and Chatham Artillery punch are flanked by a rotating roster of seasonal cocktails. Drinks and a bite to eat never tasted so good!
