If I could give no stars I would do so . The people here especially the women’s are so rude and don’t explain anything well and will give faces when asking or telling them your experience at others palace. Today I went to cash out my check and turns out I could’t do it I needed the person who is held of the card to be faced in faced with the workers because it’s NOT MY CARD ? Like what the heck it’s my card and on top of that she didn’t even know how to cash out a check and put it onto my card ! Like she even said “oh I thought I could do it together” she also took so long to finish cashing out a check like really. After she was finally down I notice she didn’t put all the money to my card so now I have to call customer service for something she did wasting my time and the fact she took my receipt of my hand rudely got me more mad and left so don’t come here because it’s always the same thing they are rude and don’t know how to do their work .

This branch makes up their own hours, despite what's printed on their doors and signage. Need an ATM after hours? Good luck! They turn the access reader off, or it is simply permanently broken. Technically that's illegal but good luck getting anyone on the phone. A currency exchange is more put-together than this branch.

Called to get info on opening a new business account, but it seems Chase corporate doesn't want new accounts. This location won't answer phone calls. Eight calls over two days, and no one would ever answer. 1800 number wouldn't tell me what documents I needed to bring for a new business account and wanted to transfer me to the uptown branch. Finally, got ahold of someone (Linda or Lyna), and within 1 minute, they transferred me back to the 1800 number. I guess they are running this branch into the ground to close it to give customers less contact with real people. I hate that my local branch is a dump. And I hate that Chase is extremely anti-customer. I also got 4 cold transfers in the hour I was trying to get info from customer service. Why do I trust a bank with all of my money if they hate customer interactions? Jamie Diamond's approach to customer service is horrid unless you are a billionaire, I guess.

This branch Manager is the best. All other employees are superb, finding a place to park during the busy hours can be a headache.

I accompanied my homecare worker to the ATM. The space is so tiny. My wheelchair does not fit, so I had to get out of my wheelchair, while she pulled it through the doorway. I hung onto the wall until she put the chair in back of me.

I've been banking with Chase for over a decade now, for both business and personal. This is the worst branch I've ever been in. Generally, most Chase branches are willing to accommodate their existing customers. Not at this branch. They refuse to help with simple business account management unless you have an appointment. On top of that, they supposedly only have one member of staff who can help with business accounts. Bologna. The branch was empty. Today, I was verbatim told by the "manager": Our account specialist has a meeting at 2:30 and 4:30, so we have no time we can fit you in. Two hours? It's almost laughable.Takeaway: Make sure you book your meetings online days in advance... Or don't heed my warning and you may find yourself writing a frustrated review as well.

I refuse to support Chase Bank as long as they are funding fossil fuel development. I call on Chase to not renew their loan to Enbridge for the expansion of Line 3. This expansion would contribute as much to the climate crisis as 50 new coal-fired power plants!

This is by far the worst chase branch I have encountered in Chicago. I recently moved here from California and had to open up this account because unfortunately, my credit union doesn't operate here. Had an issue not once but twice with poor communication and today I actually asked to speak to a Manager. Not only did the Asst Manager Adriana have the same poor communication, it was actually worse as she is supposed to come in and fix the situation instead of make it worse. Then when I let the employee know there must of been something different how you handled this transaction verse the last one, she got defensive. Then the manager said she saw nothing wrong with what she said. I don't know I have been managing for over 10 years and I would have reprimanded my employee. The Main Manager Finally called me and took care of this situation, but also apologized for what occurred. I have never been back to this location and will never return for the poor customer service. you

This Chase bank is always closed due to Covid-19. Please open this Chase bank its the only one in the area. This is not fair for the people in the community. Many older people have bank accounts here and would be nice if they don't have to travel so far!!!!!
