Digital Ammo launched our new website last month and we've already seen a steady increase in inquiries. It's amazing what a professional looking website can do for a business, both internally, with our team, and externally to our customers.At first, I had many suggestions and examples for what I was looking for. I thought it would help but then realized we hired them for a reason, and should trust their judgement and professional opinions instead of making them “take orders” which I know can affect the creative process. We did just that, and they ended up creating a new identity and site for us that fit perfectly to our business and target audience.We vetted several other firms before choosing Digital Ammo and let me tell you, there is A LOT of variances out there in terms of pricing. Digital Ammo's costs are not the easiest to stomach, but furthest from the most expensive. Another Chicago agency quoted us 50k for a our website which was much too high for our small to medium sized business. Most others quoted under 15k which we felt was too little and could tell the product quality and service wasn't where we needed it to be. Digital Ammo’s bid fell somewhere in the middle and for me, it was a no brainer to choose them. They are extremely responsive, professional and their work speaks for itself. Right from the get go, I could tell they genuinely cared about our company and well being, and that is extremely rare to find in my experience working with vendors. I actually consider them a partner to us and almost an extension of our own team. I recommend Kara and her team without hesitation.

Our collaboration with Digital Ammo was incredible successful, the result a flawlessly executed website launch. Our stakeholders were impressed by their efficiency, quality of work, ability to communicate, understand our business goals and how the website would achieve these goals. After a questionnaire and a few conference calls, they went to work. It took longer than expected but the wait was worth it! They presented us with two different design concepts that were spot on. After a few round of revisions, they gave us a prototype that we tested on our audience to make sure it was well received before they actually built it on the web. The process what's straightforward and their team was organized, professional, intuitive and our point of contact was available at any hour. We are SO happy with their services and have a few more projects for them this year.
