There's a difference between Hearing and Listening...Nancy! They need to work on their customer service and take responsibility when they get an order wrong instead of blaming the customer.

This dunkin is garbage . I placed an order 20 minutes before a class , went to go pick it up and it hadn’t been made . I tried to ask the worker about it and he just stayed silent . Had to get a refund .

Ordered ahead and paid on the mobile app and when I got there the drink was never even made. Had to get a refund.
