Having Empist as our IT professionals allows for quick resolutions of computer issues. It's wonderful to be able to have address a quick fix first thing in the morning, even when I just walk up to their desk rather than submitting a ticket first. The technicians that we have are wonderful with not only fixing issues quite fast, but also documenting the issue and resolution in case it returns as well as listening to complaints and trying to find a way to make even minor annoyances go away.
