I wanted to write a review to say thank you for all staff at pharmacy one to send my son his medicine at home delivery I was super annoying calling them they went beyond to deliver it. I highly appreciate it. 🙏 thank you so much pharmacy one! Really nice customer service!

Highly upset with this pharmacy!!..my mother is sick and bed-ridden and after her visit to the emergency room they failed to deliver her medication to her home after reassuring her 5 days in a row that her medicine would be delivered!...The medicine was left at a different location and she had to get out bed to go find it!! This was a high risk seeing that she is in pain and with fever. Apart from the lies she also has medication that belongs to another patient; so that means that whomever it belongs to has not received their medicine either. This pharmacy is a highly unprofessional and inconsiderate. Do not trust them!! Especially after they wouldn't let me speak to their manager!!!

This is definitely not a reliable pharmacy soon they will end up unfortunately killing someone, then when you call them they're very shady, they won't give you their names or who delivered the medications. My mother waited 5 days until she received her medication and to top it off she had to go out to her neighbors house, with a high fever mind you, because thats were they delivered it. Not only did she have her medication but someone else's heart medication as well, who lived at least 20 miles away from her. Therefore, your better off going elsewhere.

This pharmacy is terrible, they want to charge me $30 for my medication when my insurance covers all the medication, I paid for it, call the insurance, I came and they didn't help me solve it, they just told me we can't do anything, and if you want, change pharmacies, I had the insurance number for them to call to contact and know that I don't have to pay that and they didn't. I saw that there are other people who are also charging you for medication knowing that insurance covers it. I only leave this comment in case the same thing happens to you at this pharmacy, leave the comment so that the same thing doesn't happen to other people.

Used to be a great pharmacy, now they are really lost, customer service is bad, they called you to let you know they have your medication ready and when you get there they are lost and can't find anything.Really disappointed

A decent pharmacy staff turned out to be a very dishonest pharmacy staff. I don't wanna mention their names and lies, and as how trained they are not to even provide the essential medicines to you if you won't let them to dispense the unnecessarily medicine and to bill the insurance unnecessarily.Another pharmacy mentioned that they would not even transfer your prescriptions upon your request, even though they should be by law. I do not recommend this place to any friend.

They are the worst pharmacy you would ever go to very uneducated people working they don't give you exactly what you need even if the prescription says it enouh and insurance allows it they just want to go after what work to them and they do not listen and hang up on the people when they say the truth or ask for something they don't like plus they do not just give your prescription to any pharmacy so if your doctor mistakenly sends the rx to them its gone forever. Very uneducated people and corrupted pharmacy they are going against so many law suits. They have little knowledge and experience, and little taste for the world, and if your rights are demanded, they make a mistake and block the phone in people's faces. It is the most ridiculous pharmacy that anyone can see. There are not a few complaints against them and filing a lawsuit against them. They deserve more.
