what can I see? I had a minor accident and these guys was great. My tire completely fell off and fixed it. No hassle and low price change. Only thing was a slight delay by one day, but that's understandable together. Her digit a great job had a very great experience very friendly and kind definitely recommend.

I am in love with this place! John was amazing from the beginning of our meeting each other. I was hurt by the condition of my car after a tree fell on it, but John promised his team would get it back whole.....and they DELIVERED tremendously on that promise. They even detailed my car after repairing it! I could cry. Thank you Midway Auto✌️🥰. I encourage everyone to use this repair place.

I can’t say enough great things about Midway Auto Repair! After my car was hit, I brought it here for repairs—and they absolutely exceeded my expectations. The quality of their work is phenomenal; my car looks brand new again!
From start to finish, the customer care was spectacular. The staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about getting me back on the road safely. They kept me informed every step of the way, and their communication was top-notch—no surprises, no stress.
What impressed me even more was how quickly everything was done. The repairs were completed in a timely manner without compromising on quality. It’s rare to find a business that combines skill, speed, and outstanding service all in one, but Midway Auto Repair does just that.
I highly recommend them to anyone who needs auto repair work—you’ll be in excellent hands!

I had a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! After reading similar reviews, I advise you to stay away from this shop if you have an insurance claim!
After being involved in an accident, I submitted a claim and came here based on the location and on what the owner, John, promised. He assured me it would be no problem fixing my car. However, it took an entire week, and during that time, no work was completed! My fender and rim were still damaged! Since I work during their business hours, I couldn't do a thorough inspection when I first picked up the car, that was my fault.
After reviewing it later that day, I realized that the work had not been done. I called the body shop and informed them of this issue. John tried to argue with me, saying that’s not what the claim was for. To avoid further back-and-forth, I told him to review the claim information. After he did, he called me back and admitted I was right: they had not completed the work on my vehicle! He then asked me for additional money.
I reminded him that this was an insurance claim and I had already paid my deductible, so he needed to fulfill his end of the promise. His exact words were, “I do not do work for free, this is not Christmas.” He then hung up on me!
After multiple attempts to reach him again, I finally informed him that his behavior was rude and unacceptable. I explained that I wasn’t asking for free work, I simply wanted the work he promised me.
As a business owner myself, I told him that if I promised a customer something, I would deliver on it, regardless of any mistakes made by my team or myself. John refused to take responsibility for his mistakes!
I then called State Farm to explain the situation, and afterward, John contacted me. He asked why I had reached out to State Farm. I told him that I had submitted a claim with them and that they were covering the repairs. I wanted to ensure that State Farm documented the work the body shop failed to complete.
During my second attempt to pick up my car, I made sure to have enough time to inspect it thoroughly, to avoid making the same mistake again. Throughout the entire time there, John made snarky remarks, even telling me to check my car and not to complain to State Farm again. I responded that if the job had been done correctly the first time, there wouldn't have been any complaints. The work was subpar, as it was completed in just a couple of hours to close out the claim.
John is a very rude and bitter man. It appears that customers who pay him directly have a positive experience, but those with insurance claims tend to have a negative experience.
Based on my experience, it feels like John and his body shop run scams on insurance companies. Save yourself the frustration and time wasted dealing with his shop if you have an insurance claim.
And by the way, I received text alerts that my car was picked up and work was completed days ahead of actually picking up my car to show that they complete work faster than they actually do. John even admitted that they have a turnaround deadline to hit. I'd suggest focusing less on juicing your numbers and training your staff appropriately. I also have documentation handy in case they try to dispute this.

I would 1000% bring my car back here! From the moment I called to ask questions to the moment I received my car back they were great! I was very nervous due to me not going through the whole process before but they reassured me the whole way through. Even after everything was said and done they made it a point to let me know
If i have any issues or questions to not hesitate to call them! For that being my first experience it was such a great one!

They did a great job fixing my bumper. It took them less than a week and my bumper looked great. They also detailed my car and that really made my day. This whole experience was really good from the beginning to the end. I highly recommend this place.
