The men's clothes section is rather drab! No bright colors no appealing colors just plain grays and browns. I didn't buy anything today.

I always enjoy the bargains at Ross because this place is in a strip mall with other business it's always packed in the parking lot the open at 8am on Sunday and that's mostly likely the day they put out new inventory so it's better to me if you shop then less if a crowd and your in and out with.

I shop at the Ross on 47 lake park the cashier name Precious Freman she has a beautiful customer service she is so helpful and an vibrant personality she treats all the customers with awesome and amazing customer service in her line I really love her attitude when she is interacting with a customer she is such a very good worker ROSS I shop that all the time she is an awesome team player and has a beautiful smile as a customer I always like a store with excellent service Precious Freman is the best thank you Precious Freman for always having excellent customer service you are so appreciate thank you

The check out was fast with just two people at their registers and the personal were very polite when questioned about locating and item , not just pointing, but walking you to were the item, was that was helpful and the welcome to Roos and the exit in thanking you for shopping there was well taken, definitely a store I would go back to.

Great place to shop and get deals. Downside is that, they only have 1-2 cashiers available so the checkout line can get long and wait time is little longer than it should be. Ample amount of parking and close to the metra and public transportation

Was not expecting Ross to have some items. The line was long but the two women on the register did their thing and to be honest, I give them props because they doing what they could. I didn’t realize it was a long until I was in line by the juniors section ?? will be back

Nice place, but they need more cashiers than 2 people and they need to put out more clothes after people have pick over everything.

Nice store, the cashiers are pleasant. I like what I buy but the check out line is long most of the time. They seem to always be hiring and short of staff.

Not much stuff, long lines, only 2 cashiers, I guess they just put this here to say you have a Ross in your community, other than that meh.
