This place is a scam. Elderly plan. My friend opens 4 lines for a total of $120. Each line is $30. I called and went to their store to ask about $120. After that, I was charged $159 from my bank every month. An additional 35 yuan was charged for each line. I will call t-mobile to complain. Call the US government to complain. Change to other companies

The people in there is not helping you, I have a problem with my phone like SIM card need to activate they told me I can activate online but, I do not they can have translator you can ask them talking to you in a bad tone. (A guy)

Worst service I have seen thus far. Whatever I ask, their only answer is "I don't know~" Even when they do have an answer, they don't say everything important in one sentence, and when there was a problem, they would say they didn't help me last time, so they "don't know." This is what's called trash service.

This is a very good T-Mobile branch. The T-Mobile Agents at this branch are fantastic. I got my two phones The Note 20 Ultra & my Samsung S21. Both of them 5G with 128GB, An the T-Mobil Agents even put the phones together for me, I didn't have to lift a finger. They attached my chips & all my accessories I bought for the phones on to them and than programmed them for me too. All I had to do was wait and they handled the rest. I left with two functioning programmed phones ready for use right out the gate. They were very nice, knowledgeable off the products, & professional too. I swear they should get raises.

Talk about bad service. My elderly immigrant mother went in to sign up for a new plan that included a limited offer to trade in her old iPhone for the new iPhone 11. The representative kept insisting to her that it wouldn't be possible since our old carrier used the T-Mobile network (think Simple Mobile or UltraMobile) - and the offer was only for new customers who weren't T-Mobile customers. Well, that made no sense, and since I live in California, my mother put me on the phone. She kept insisting ("I'm sure" was her constant response) that we weren't eligible. I went to a T-Mobile store where I live in Los Angeles and asked them. My LA representatives called customer support TWICE and both times they confirmed we WERE eligible. I feel bad for all the non-English speaking residents in Chinatown, especially the older ones. I wonder how many of them over the years have been scammed from getting better deals because the reps wouldn't double-check the details of their plans.

Destroyed my phone and came in about an hour before close. They got me set up with something else quickly and with minimal judgement despite the fact that I was visibly drunk and had a cringy kpop wallpaper as my phone bkgrd. Thanks fellas.
