This location is not like most other locations. Floor is dirty, SOME staff are friendly, restroom is always broken. No updates ever. Not even privacy tape line on floor to stop people from crowding you when making your transaction.

I want to start by saying thank you Walgreens the pharmacist here are phenomenal there's a lot of Walgreens in the city of Chicago but this one is the best it's one of the small Walgreens but the staff is very knowledgeable courteous and the place is immaculate to all the pharmacists Thank you job well done 👏👏

I always hate people who never review a place until they have a problem, and then make a crazy attack on the business. They have many excellent points! They deliver which is amazingly convenient. Nut there is the crux of this issue. You have a card on file for them to change. They even call when it's about time to refill. They send out a 90 day supply. However. When I placed my order onb2/21/2022 Andre called to confirm my card info.. I read it to him. He said it was correct but my cardcwss declined. Which is odd as it when I checked online it was pending. No,I can't afford to pay twice so the subsequent attempts would have been declined. He said theyvwsanothing he could do I would have to wait for it to post and contact my bank. It did post on 2/23. It will take Chase 5 more days to resolve the dispute and I am out of my prescriptions in the meantime. As I say generally great service but this is absurdly bad.

This is one of Walgreens Community Pharmacies, meaning they carry specialty medications and participate in programs like ADAP, AND most importantly allowed third party payers to pick up our copays, so we may pick up our meds on time to not miss a dose.I almost took off a star for this first month of service in Illinois transitioning from CVS Specialty to Walgreens Community, as there were a few snags. But they were all worked out fairly simply, and all 10 of my medications were delivered on December 20th, setting things up for consistent deliveries monthly on or very near the 20th to keep me from missing doses and more importantly, keeping me healthy. I feel confident everything will work out perfectly in January and going forward.
