This store is soo unorganized!!! How is it that you tell me my order is ready. I send in the app that I’m on my way (I was 12-15 mins away). I pull up just for you to tell me my order was delayed?!? How?!? when you send me that my curbside is ready to pick up! So I’m waiting 15 mins then I get an email stating my order was picked up at 4:31 p.m., I’m still sitting here and it’s close to 5:00 p.m. and I’ve been here since 4:14 p.m.!!! On top of that, they’re charging me for stuff that I didn’t even purchase!!! Walmart needs to be better overall!!!

I want to address my concerns with Walmart. I placed two orders to be delivered two different times and unfortunately either of the orders was delivered. I spoke to management on the phone not at the location but the online department for orders. They were horrible at compensating me for my order being delayed and not delivered. I spoke to one guy name Fernando he stated he could not let me speak to management. Which I could not believe but I called back the next day and I spoke to another employee who provided a manager to me but the manager was horrible his name was Muhammad. He did not want to provide compensation for the company mess up not my mess up.He made a statement about me being compensated for my first order not being delivered. My question to him was that first compensation had nothing to do with the second compensation that I should have received.Number one the coupons that they gave he stated I can only use it for certain items. Again, how is that compensation. I want to use the coupons for what I want to use it for.Walmart also provided emails requesting a review on the representative and I provided a complaint and no one has tried to reach out regarding my concerns.WOW, you guys have to do better. I spend to much money with you guys to be treated like this. Both of my orders was over $300. Thanks for saving me money and I have spent my money at other Businesses. I am thinking about canceling my membership after this.This is the location they send my product out to me from.

Worst walmart in history been sitting in curbside assistance for 30 minutes asked 3 workers were is my order I had 2 items tissue and paper towels. BBB COMPLAINT AS SOON AS I GET HOME. Thank GOD Emarionne came out and helped me will tip 20.00 too you next week

This Walmart have crazy people walking around starting fights and terrible attitudes. The workers talking in group chats and not helping customers. They need to hire real arm security guards to work at both doors.. It's best to order online for delivery or order for pickup at the store. They open at 6am best time to go and shop.

Gotta love it!! Where else can you grab a new computer mouse at 10:20 pm, plus on the way out grab milk and bagels, clean socks, a curling iron, a bath mat, and a pack of smokes all in one trip and under $60 bucks lol WALMART!! LOVE IT!!

Cashiers Too slow lines to the back of the store, Stood inself check out 1st. For 15mins only to be told 20 items or less NO SIGNS WERE POSTED & THE ATTENDANTS SAID NOTHING UNTIL I WAS NEXT IN LINE? & NEXT GO STAND IN 2ND LINE 20MIN WAIT ,No cash....CARD ONLY , 3rd line Too many people too slow no signs posted ??

This store is not run the same as the other stores in diferent neighborhoods. It takes longer to stand in line than to shop in the store. It's one of the biggest stores and they rarely open up half the available lanes they could open. The employees claim staffing but they have the same if not more employees on duty than the stores in NW Indiana, Crestwood, Homewood, north Chicago. It's obvious that it's not about the neighborhood and we should not shop here until Walmart management runs this store with the same standards as they do in other neighborhoods .

This location has the worst management. Most of self service checkouts are closed. Never enough registers open. Major lines to check out & they don't care about their senior disabled customers. I had a security guard use profane language to me. We spend our hard earned money and receive substandard service. The only departments that are efficient is the Pharmacy & Vision Center.

The staff are very polite to everyone. Their food are clean and fresh all the time. Even the floors and building smell fresh . It's a wonderful place to go shopping . In addition, they have ice every day.

Hello walmart iam a White women and iam a loyal customer last night i came i wanted to buy a camera and i found the perfect one but it was locked inside the shelf so i went to the customer service so someone can help me there was this Nigerian black women names vanaya i simply asked for help she rolled her eyes and pretend that she dont have the key i told her bring someone who has it she stared eating infront of me and was ignoring me so rude and i waited for almost an hour thats very not cool walmart please investigate her and kick her out shes so toxic and rude and she eats with her hand at leats wait until your break so unprofessional i hope she get deported back to Nigeria if she wanna act getto i will take some legal action xoxo

Walmart is the next Kmart. Soon to be memory and life won't end. Its the fate of all business that don't treat their customers right. This store is fine in comparison to most walmart stores but the company especially walmart online is terrible. How much longer before Amazon stops playing and eliminate the "competition"? I wish target would go a little bigger, they have better quality and service.
