the Wauconda brach was the best. They are the reason I signed up. They called everyone by there name. They did not care how long it took to solve the problem they would stay there until the problem was fixed. really miss that bank

We were rushing to make a large withdrawal and called as they were closing to see if there was anyone who could help us. They said yes and we had the pleasure of talking to Berto and Eric. They made the withdrawal with nothing but humor and smiles. I don’t visit this branch often, but after today, I will go out of my way to do so. Absolutely spectacular service, thank you so much!

Absolutely terrible service. We had an appointment for 1:15 PM to see a personal banker about opening a CD. After waiting 32 minutes (they were busy), we were told they weren't able to see us that day. Why make an appointment? Do yourself a favor and avoid this branch.

Update 12 days later:customer service and branch manager all lord said I’d get a provisional credit and still NOTHING! Have not had an update to if they “counted their ATM like they said they would” This bank uses a 3rd party service provider btw for their ATM here not even a pnc atm so STAY CLEAR FROM THIS BANKDeposited $3300 cash into the ATM and it gave me an error message STOLE MY MONEY STAY CLEAR OF PNC BANK!

Was there a week ago and they refused to allow me to deposit cash into my daughter’s account for school, even provided them with her acct. number and my drivers license. Was there a month ago previously and that was no issue until then. I will have her close out her account and go elsewhere.

Rude people working here. Just to tell me need account number in a rude snarky way. Rather drive extra miles to Algonquin for better service. I would not recommend this bank in this location!

Such an inconvenience that my husband can't make a car payment for me. All other PNC banks we have never had a problem. PNC alone has inconvenient hours. Now my car loan payment will be late.

It does not take 14 days to cash a PNC bank check at Chase. This bank has always been shady and has discriminated people in the past. They have unknowlingly done illegal background and credit checks without client's consent.

I've used this bank for years and have never had a problem with them. The one time I overdrew my account they waved the 15$ fee. This building in particular is well maintained and the staff are polite and friendly and quick enough for me to not considering switching banks.
