This place straight up sucks!! Delilah messed my son’s hair up, we asked for a taper and this is what he got. After walking outside and coming back in because we could see she clearly messed up. It wasn’t messed up to her and it was an issue to fix it. This place is a joke. Sport clips more like 10 yard loss

I took my 4 year old grandson for a last minute cut before holiday. Delilah was they stylist and she was very rough with the clippers on him and had nicked his ear in one of the first swipes with the clippers. Made him ball but never slowed down to work with him or clean the blood or anything. Then acted like it was his fault he was flinching and crying. I made her just quit the cut as my grandson was so upset. I have NEVER had him react like this women caused him to. I just hope she hasn't scared him about getting future haircuts. His hair also looks aweful.

Not open when website hours say they are and also door hours say same times. No sign saying sorry were closed due to this reason. Come on people!

Tried to get my hair cut at 7:00 pm hours say open until 8:00pm they said well we can’t do it tonight because they will cut after hours. Only reason I even wanted to go was because I was getting surgery tomorrow morning and I wouldn’t want to get a hair cut for two more weeks. I get off at 5:00 pm. I wouldn’t be so upset if the person would have let me get a word in but instead they just kept talking over me and said well you can come back tomorrow with a snarky byeeee. Yes I used to go there a lot and do the MVP hair cuts and leave nice tips, but they will never get another dollar from me!!!

Wait time is horrible.. we waited for a hour and a half. there was only 2 girls working and they did more talking than moving. And they was talking about how they used to care when they had a waiting room full of people and how they don't care now. As they had a waiting room full of people. Erica B chopped my hair after completing ignoring the reference photo I showed her, when my wife asked if that cut was what I asked for I said no and Erica laughed. She was confident she could cut my hair like the reference photo and then ruined it completely without an apology or acknowledgment that she screwed up.
