WARNING!!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM POTTERY BARN DELIVERY SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. THEY HAVE A THIRD PARTY DELIVERY SERVICE THEY SET A DATE AND TIME WINDOW AND THE DAY OF YOUR “DELIVERY” THEY NEVER SHOW UP. I RESET ANOTHER DATE ONCE AGAIN THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. I RESCHEDULED A THIRD TIME AND THEY SAID THE DRIVER DIDN’T HAVE TIME TO STOP AT MY HOUSE. SO I CANCELED MY WHOLE ORDER AND GOT MY FURNITURE ELSE WHERE. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE.

I ordered my $6,000 sofa in fall of 2021 and still don't have it. I have gotten scheduling cancellations and LIES for years. I am cancelling the order after almost TWO YEARS. i am done with this company. they raise prices 25 % take away registry 20% earnings and cancel my cc if i don't purchase things from them within months. This company is a JOKE. YOU ARE RUINING YOUR REPUTATION.

Bought the white pumpkin plater on line and payed $9 for shipping. Got notification on line that it was delivered. The box did not appear to be large enough to hold a 15”+ platter. Sure enough it contained a vase with white hydrangea for some lady in Burr Ridge according to the invoice. The label was my address and name. I had to drive to the store sick as a dog to return this and they happened to have a platter in the store which they handed to me. The manager did not even offer to refund the $9 shipping charge. The reason I payed that was because I DIDN’T want to drive all the way to the store. Shame on Pottery Barn for not training their managers how to behave when the company screwed up! I have had so many problems with this store and the company. I will stop shopping pottery barn merchandise. It’s not worth the aggravation.

Great customer service. Jackie and the manager at Deer Park were very helpful and were able to answer all of our questions. Delivery service did an excellent job setting everything up. We love the table, bench, and chairs.

Called to inquire about a coffee table. The minute I asked about a possible sale, I was disconnected. I have been in the store multiple times and I'm never greeted. However the girls in Highland Park are nice.

Customer service is not the best. Helpful so long as they think you are about to place an order with them. But couldn’t be bothered to make sure they are providing you the best price, applying the gift registry discounts, or your credit card and Key Rewards dollars. Every time I’ve tried to support this brick and mortar location staying open by placing an order with them directly, they have left me to hang out on a phone to get the adjustments needed with their customer service line instead of taking the time to apply them themselves. Waste over an hour of time doing something I could have done at home in half the time or less on my own computer. Then there is the whole issue of their lack of knowledge about gift registry policies. I don’t even want to count the number of times that I have explained to them that my registry discount applies to made to order furniture. Even the phone rep they connect me to is clueless. Save yourself a bunch of time, money, pain and headache, by using your own computer at home which is likely on a much faster internet connection speed than in stores, and place your custom furniture order through the website. Call the registry helpline directly if you have any issues getting your 10% discount to stick. They are the only ones who correctly know what the policies are and maintain compliance with the registry policies posted online.

Order has been delayed for 4 months, the tracking system is terrible, and I have waited 50 minutes to talk to customer service twice only to get hung up on.

Oh my word!!!! This place is soooo expensive, but then again, what place isn't with the insane inflation we are in!!! Still, thousands of dollars for one dining set? Did someone carry it over by hand from China? These companies are robbing people! How is anyone affording this stuff without charging their credit cards?!!

The only reason I am giving even one star is because the designer there is fantastic. Aside from that, they are the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my entire life. We ordered thousands in furniture and months later still have only received a few of the products. In addition, one of our biggest issues has been "lost" items. They are missing an entire entertainment center and carpet, you can guess how much that costs! WORST PART-Just today we got two items from the order, one was horribly wobbly and had a broken woods plank. We have spent HOURS on the phone with customer care and NOTHING. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE POST PURCHASE SERVICE!!!

It's honestly unbelievable how the staff treat people here just based on their looks or their age. My fiancé and I purchased a $4,000 couch from Pottery Barn a couple months ago and today we went into the store to look around since we're furnishing our new home. Not one person asked us if we needed help or even said hello, just a few rude and disgusted looks. The company should teach their employees not to immediately judge people as soon as they walk in because you never know who someone is or what they're financially able to purchase based on their appearance. After 25 minutes of looking for someone to help us and having multiple staff walk by and not acknowledge us, we left. Really sad & I'm sorry for anyone else this has happened to because it's a shitty feeling.

Great furniture the only furniture I've ever gotten from them it's from the dumpster and it was very nice don't know why it was thrown out kind of disappointing that they threw it out it had a marble top very nice I love it would recommend if you can get products cheap
