Molly was great, she told me about many other things that I might be interested in to go with my bed. She also helped me with some technical issues I was having with my bed as well. She was very helpful and I was glad she was there.

We went into the store in Deer Park to look and see if we could find a bed. Our bed is an original select comfort from 2003 (I still had the receipt) and we decided we wanted to upgrade to a king size bed. As soon as we walked in we were welcomed by Molly the store manager and Tony a salesman. Both had a smile and listened carefully to our needs. They looked up our name and we were still in their system 21 years later. She then took us to the first bed she wanted us to try. This bed is was comparable to the bed we owned however it had all the improvements that come with time. She found the number that was good for both of us then moved on to the next bed. This was more the top of the line with the feet that adjust as well as the head. The bed also had a foot heater, 5" pad on top and general temp control for the bed. Altho we both thought it was wonderful, we weren't interested in the foot control part or the temp control for the bed. To make this a bit shorter this was the bed we chose. Molly also suggested the mattress pads which we also got. The end result is a new bed will be delivered at the end of October. !!!

Bought a mattress and did not like it they lived up to their return policy and I purchased another. Good service!!

I have no complaints about the store or the service I received when I purchased my King Twin Mattress Sleep Number. We spent almost $8,000 for the bed since it had all the bells and whistles that would make for a great night's sleep. We were especially interested in the foot warmer element part of the bed we purchased since my husband felt this would be helpful to him due to his medical condition. I didn't use this element on my side of the bed and my husband used his on occasion. A little over a year after we purchased this bed my husband's foot warmer did not work. When he tried the warmer on my side of the bed it didn't work. When we called Sleep Number customer service we were told this part was no longer under warranty and we would need to pay for the replacement/repair. We decided not to get the repair since we didn't feel confident the technology would last any longer. We were very disappointed since we paid a lot of money for the bed and we thought this would have been part of the 15 year limited warranty, however it was not. Otherwise, the bed is very comfortable and we have had many good nights of sleep. My husband is back to using a heating pad for his cold feet. We feel that Sleep Number was probably aware of the issues with this technology since they only warranted this for one year. I just wish I would have used the foot warmer on my side of the bed a lot sooner since it didn't work when we did try to use it. I should mention this was the second Sleep Number purchase I made and I have previously recommended to others who also made purchases. Because of this issue - it will be my last.

The store was beautiful and I immediately felt welcome upon entering. Kathy Miller was amazing to work with! My husband and I purchased our first sleep number from her and have told family & friends about the wonderful experience we had! Kathy followed up with us and we got our comforter and plan on going back for future purchases. Thank you!

Every associate I had encountered was great to work with, but special shout out to Jeff. He was patient, personable, kind, and answered every question I had. He took his time asking me questions to make recommendations that fit me best. I did not feel pressured to purchase a certain mattress/item. I felt very comfortable and felt that Jeff was very trustworthy and wanted to provide me the best experience possible. I walked in that day just expecting to look around but because of the experience Jeff provided me, I ordered my perfect Sleep Number!

Overly expensive for what you get.You can get the same motorized bases at Mattress Firm for 500 bucks that Sleep Number charges you $1,500 or more.The motorized bases are generally all made by the same company.

My husband and I stopped in this store on a whim, without solid plans to make a purchase. Jason was the salesman who greeted us and went through explaining the different beds/bases. Though we did not make the purchase at that time, he answered all emails with questions and kept me up to date on promotions offered. I would recommend Jason and this store to anyone looking for a new bed and a salesman who takes time in making sure you are getting all information to make the best decision on your purchase.

Sleep Number is soliciting a review of the buying experience without taking into consideration the entire experience including delivery and installation. There is a big disconnect between what you're told at the time of purchase and what you are getting in the end. If Sleep Number has this crazy idea that shortcomings can be fixed with their support on the phone while waiting for hours and struggling to understand how to troubleshoot something that should have been done in the first place then, they are totally wrong. I don't agree to have my time and my energy wasted after I've paid you a lot of money. Will advise others to not purchase; it sure is a rip off.

I had a wonderful experience with Gary at the Deer Park store. He was knowledgeable, relatable, and helpful. He didn't try to sell me the top of the line bed, rather found one with the "test bed" that would be appropriate for my body type. And his follow up with texts afterwards was amazing and appreciated. I highly recommend Gary and the Deer Park store again!

Jeff was super nice and really helpful. I started shopping with him thru a phone call. And right away he sent me an email within minutes with a a quote of the model that we wanted. He even said that PSE was not on display at the moment but he can put it out for us to try. A couple more email exchanges happened. And then I made an appointment to see him the next day. And of course purchased the bed on that first visit at the Deer Park store.He is very knowledgeable of the product that he is selling. Although our bed will not be delivered until January 17th 2022, we are excited and can’t wait to try it.Jeff made shopping PAINLESS for us.Thank you from Happy Shopper.
