Place is extremely dirty and customer service is a key deficiency. Some deep cleaning and friendly customer service would go a long way to improving this location's general vibe.

Needed new wiper blades- Damien was hugely helpful about finding the right ones for my car. He then helped me out in putting them on, where there was something weird about my j-hooks that kept it from attaching. He grabbed a different set of blades and made them work, and covered the cost of the second pair for me! Additionally, my dad knows the employees at this place to be similarly helpful and engaged with things like this. 100% recommend

Hey everyone,Today, my car wouldn't start and I was quite panicked. Thankfully, I was able to jump-start it using my friend's car. Afterwards, I decided to visit AutoZone and explained my situation to one of the salespeople. He tested the battery using some tools and performed a thorough analysis. He informed me that my car was in good condition and took the time to explain why the issue occurred. We had a pleasant conversation during this process.Later on, I asked him about the cost of the service. Surprisingly, he declined to accept any payment. Despite this, I really appreciated his assistance and generosity.Overall, I must say that the customer service at AutoZone is exceptional. The staff is friendly and genuine, and I highly recommend their services. ?

As someone who does not know cars, I can not recommend this AutoZone enough. After having a bad day and realizing I desperately needed my oil changed, Damian, the manager, helped me find exactly what I needed. His kindness truly turned a bad day right around!

Best AutoZone I have been to. I went in to purchase screws for my car plates. The store manager assisted me in the store and outside. I greatly appreciate this level of Super Service. His actions were beyond what I expected. Great Work Auto .

My experience was great. Sales associate Damien helped me as soon as I enter the store. He was very helpful with the problem my car was having. Also helped with any questions or concerns. I love Auto Zone and their great customer service.

Incredibly kind, professional, and efficient staff. Went in since my car needed jumping today, and received quick help from Georgie, who was super friendly along the way. The staff helped me find a new battery in no time at all.

Passing through town at 5 pm on a weekend and my car's battery light came on. Isaac tested the alternator and found it bad. He called one of his friends to replace the alternator after hours. Issac even followed us to the repair shop incase our battery died. SUPER HELPFUL and a lifesaver!

On November 6, around 7 pm my friend, my boyfriend and I went to Autozone to get a check engine light scanned on my friend's car. My boyfriend, who is a mechanic, perfectly and clearly explained to the employee that we wanted to get the code scanned, and he looked at us all confused and said that they do not scan codes. But the sign behind him said that they do scan codes and I pointed it out to him then he said that we did not explain what we wanted and made us feel d**** After the employee scanned the code on my friend's car, he was explaining to us what the code was but again making us feel d**** And since my friend and I are females, he always made assumptions that we did not know what we were doing. After all that we went down the road to Advanced Auto Parts, and the employees there were way nicer, more helpful, and talked to us like were not stupid.
