I have referred several clients to them, to me Sharing Connections is one of the most valuable resource in DuPage County.I have had families sleeping on the floor and thanks to Sharing Connections they had the dignifying benefit to sit and eat around a table and sleep on a clean/new mattress. For some of us immigrants, that can make the difference between feel a human versus an animal.Thank you Lilly! And every single volunteer that works so hard for our families in need of basics.I am forever grateful!

When you consider the pure logistics, planning, and hard work that goes into what this organization accomplishes for those in need, it almost seems like a miracle. It isn't quite a miracle, of course: the proof was in the hard, work, generosity and accommodating nature of every director, staff member, and volunteer who assisted me today with a furniture donation pickup for an Illinois veteran I'm working with. The veteran was very grateful for (and surprised by) what he received!

They are horrible at accomadating those with disabilities. They speak to you in a condescending tone, and say " well I offered to watch your medically complex child here" that is NOT an accommodation.they also kept offering candy, after we took one, to the point my daughter had a meltdown over it. If I would have been told before, like the multiple times I've asked if i could bring her with, due to her medical needs. I would have rescheduled. Instead we wasted time, energy, and only was able to get mattresses. So we will still be sleeping on the floor.

Very nice staff. This is a great place to donate to if you have household items in good shape that you would like to donate.

The items they picked for me was very old and worn out. Although they did had very nice items And they let white clients pick the very nice stuff. All items are donated for the needy lilly working there act like she giving the furniture and she belittles people. People who donates should read these reviews to see how they treat prople

Lousy service. Better off going to O’Malley‘s where the service is 100% times faster
