Originally was helped by Jason and when I returned was helped by Adam. Both of these guys really took care of us great and seem like they really care about helping their customers and making their shop successful and grow their presence here in dundee. Never knew Cassidy did retail work as i thought it was a truck tire place only, but my trusted mechanic who doesn't have an alignment rack said he sends all his alignments there so I gave them a shot. i made an appointment and they got my alignment done in under a half hour and my car is driving surgically straight now. Better pricing than going to midas and felt well taken care of. This is going to be my place going forward! Thank you to both of you as well as your techs!

Jason and Adam are great at this location. I had a screw in one of my tires and Jason was able to quickly order me a new tire and schedule an appointment to get it fixed. Jason is very professional and his customer service is excellent. If you are looking to get any of the services Cassidy Tire offers this is the place to go. I would recommend this location to anyone!

Jason was so great from beginning to end! My car had a nail in the tire and what I greatly appreciate was him showing me the nail once it was removed. Quick and efficient service as well. I would 100% recommend this store location and I’ll definitely be back!

Great customer service! I had tires replaced and an alignment done on my f350 on two separate visits. Adam always answers the phone and is very helpful on getting my truck in. Would highly recommend them!
