Purchased 4 new tires for my car. Service was great and completed quickly. One issue - the tires were not inflated per car specs on door jamb. Easily fixed but also a task the tire professionals should complete correctly.

We were in a real bind breaking down on I90 outside of Chicago in our used box truck we were using to move the mother in law to Alaska due to advanced stages of Alzheimer’s. The back tires on the truck blew out one after another in different places driving from Virginia. I was ready to call roadside assistance until I phoned a gentleman from Cassidy tire who told me I was close to one of their shops in Dundee, IL if I could limp it there with the one good tire. I made it slowly to the shop and they got me in right away and even fixed the fuel fill line that was taken out by the shredded tire! A+ for the mechanics at Cassidy Tire! Highly recommend them!

Always a great experience!!! I purchased plenty of tires and did a few aligments on my trucks since they opened their Shop in East Dundee.I always had the pleasure of working with Jason, a professional and honest manager. Jason will make you feel comfortable with none of the sales tactics or pressure. The comfort level you'll experience with Jason is so above and beyond that you might mistakenly think he was actually family. The guy genuinely cares for his customers. This trait/characteristic is so rare in trucking businesses that I was absolutely delighted to have an otherworldly experience.Great prices on their tires and services and the team there is amazing!!!

Came to replace 4 tires on our camper. The Manager noticed our truck had a flat on the dually side. He repaired for free and reminded us they were under warranty. They also advised the original camper tires plugs were to short for the tires.Impressive attention to detail other than the task at hand. As well as not trying to upsale our bill.We saw them handle other customers the same way.

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Cassidy tire out of necessity. I had a broken valve stem and showed up without an appointment and 700 miles from home. I went inside and met Jason, the service writer, explained my situation and as busy as they were he fit me in to the schedule. During my repair I was amazed how clean the shop was kept and how organized trying was. I also observed how efficiently the techs work as a team. In amazement I watched them change 8 tractor drive tires in 30 minutes. These guys have the latest tools, large selection of tires in stock and do the job right the first time. The price was more than reasonable and they got me back on the road. If you need tires this is the place to go. Thanks again Jason, great team you have too.

Just the second of my only two visits to this Cassidy Tire location. In both instances, the personnel were very personable and professional, the service most efficient. The first visit was as a result of them finding me the exact tire I needed, and at a lower rate than I paid for my original set/4. The second was unfortunately due to my needing a replacement for one of my tires damaged on Illinois's rough roads. I rolled in on my spare and within minutes was on my merry way. I didn't even need to pay anything under my warranty. I hope to continue relying on them for my future service needs.
