I love Banfield in East Peoria! The doctors are always caring and honest about my pets' needs and health, the staff is extremely sweet! I lost my cat Violet a few months ago and when they heard they sent a card in the mail. It's the little things that make a difference. ❤️

My fur baby has bad allergies and Dr pettyjohn and Ashley along with the rest of the staff at east Peoria has went above and beyond to help get them and her skin under control. The benefits of the monthly wellness care plan has made things a lot more affordable for the monthly visits. We love our Banfield hospital family. ❣️

Banfield inside Petsmart has been taking great care of my cat these few days. It is one of the most affordable pet care clinic in Tazewell and Peoria county. The doctors, nurses, and front desk are extremely caring and helpful to find the optimal options for my cat to get treated.
I highly recommend this clinic.

We have used Banfield for our fur babies for years. Our oldest has had their pet insurance for 13 years and I haven't been disappointed. Shout out to Dr
Pettyjohn and staff at the East Peoria, IL Banfield! We recently added our baby to his own insurance. It's a bit of a drive from where we live but it's the closest Banfield and we can't beat the care or the coverage they provide. Their pet care plans are totally worth it! Our only complaint is we wish they had a closer site!

My dog had an appointment today for his Rabies shots and the girl that was checking us in at the front desk was very rude. I got there a little early, which is fine. Stated, I can't be checked into 330, which is totally fi'm set there. To my appointment time.I'm thinking she's going to say okay.You can come and get checked in.I welcome to the desk at 345 and she's like.Oh let's get His weight Got into the room The other young lady that checked us in was very marvelous Is very polite very demure The Doctor was awesome. Those 2 make a great team together. Just wish the front desk girl was more polite and then instead of hurt. Handing me my paper in my hand like she did everybody else. She just laid it down on the desk like she didn't want to touch my hand or something.

Can't believe they want to charge almost $65 for an EXAM when all my dog needs is her anal glands expressed. By the way, my dog has just had a yearly exam. This is almost criminal! I will NEVER spend another dime with you!

The staff at E. Peoria Banfield have been wonderful with my babies!!! All the dogs look forward to going and even know most of the staff by mentioning a name name! They are amazing and I wouldn't go anywhere else!!
