Quick to unload, lots of room to maneuver and park. I'm not giving 5 stars because my dear Santa from the shipping office is very rude and abusive. He should retire.
This type of employee should not deal with the public or at least take training for that... but I don't think he'll achieve it at his age. Thanks!!

Been driving trucks for a little while and I’m familiar with most trucking companies but I must say,federal logistics-never heard of them…until today.A non-signaling,speeding truck pulling a federal logistics trailers almost ran me off the road whilst changing lanes on I-44 in Missouri.In today’s challenging economy and with drivers like that I wouldn’t be surprised to hear in the future that federal logistics went bankrupt and closed its doors…💸

Called in for a load and asked a Question and they laughed at it and said no dispatching companies which I’m not they didn’t even ask my MC, if they are called federal they think they’re all that when they are not being nice to people, grow up!

Zero stars for this facility, everything -attitude, hospitality for the drivers. Pretend to be busy, do not waste your time here, can be rejected for God knows reasons. Waited for some time, got a door and surprise -your trailer is rejected though we hauled baby food before that. Just waste of time-rude people, bad attitude, disrespect to the drivers.

I have been trying to reach this company by phone since yesterday, called several times on several extensions and at different times throughout the day. No one has answered, I have no clue what they are doing if they are not answering the phones all day. For 2 days!

AVOID! Packers are contracted out and as such you never know the quality you will get. As such, the packer's agenda is to do it as quickly as possible without much care. Many of our items arrived damaged including our couch, chairs, and framed art. A whole rug even went missing. There was every rat droppings everywhere and apparently that is not covered by the insurance... To add insult to injury, their claims division has made no attempt to reach out despite multiple calls. Even the general manager called me after I left a review, but I have not heard back since then. In summary, they don't pack your items with an ounce of care, they will misplace and damage items in storage, and finally they make no attempt to honor their insurance plans and settlement agreements.

If you are a truck driver and you go to this company make sure your 5 minutes before your Appointment time I went there at 6 they told me 88 and between 10 and they made me sit 4 hours till 10 o'clock Not saying that they are a bad company but there was really nobody there that could have loaded me up
