I was shopping for new home owners insurance. Had received one quote with a sub-par company and just didn't feel comfortable with the company and the brokers office. I am coming back to ALLSTATE because the agent made me feel taken care of and I was given a few options regarding contact information!

I would like to leave a 5 star review for my claims agent Katie. She is definitely cut out for this job. She’s knowledgeable, intelligent, and easy to speak with. She made this process so very easy for me it was a welcoming process. I felt no pressure and she stayed on top of things throughout the process. I couldn’t have asked for anything other than what she provided for me and this process. If anything like this should happen again (Lord forbid) I would definitely love for her to handle it. If I could I would give her promotions and raises because for me it was definitely a pleasure speaking with her. Great job Katie, KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK THAT YOU DO.

Katie Alford is fantastic. We transferred multiple policies to the Feld agency. We encountered several issues getting all of the policies adjusted and completed including some 2am emails that were sent in error. Katie is working through each issue and will not stop until everything is satisfactorily resolved. She is thorough, patient, professional and extremely knowledgeable. She makes me happy we have all of our insurance with this Allstate agency. Deauna Collins

Have been with Allstate for over 6 yrs and could not find another company that could meet or best their pricing. In customer service, the second best is not even in close proximity.
