I know taxes are not fun to do, but when I went to Liberty tax service, they made it fun like you were doing your taxes with a friend, even though I owed money. Lol! Went beyond what a normal tax service (Jackson Hewitt)would do for you to get more money for you. Great experience, will definitely use them next year also. I found my new tax family. Thanks for everything you do and have done for me.

Nicole was great. She caught mistakes on past filings with another tax preparer. Then advised me on future withholdings to insure not owing next year. No question was stupid. Fast, friendly service. Doing taxes this year was almost a pleasure. I will be a customer for life. Keep up the good work!!!
