Zero stars if I could-one's all they get. MidIllini Auto in North Pekin is a total scam. Their warranties? Trash. They fixed our car, it died months later, and another shop showed they botched it. When we demanded coverage, they laughed it off-guess we should've paid more! Free oil changes? Lies-$150 every time. Diagnostics on their own junk heap? $150 more! Three years of broken promises and gouging. Avoid this rip-off pit at all costs-don't let them ruin your life too.

Buying a used car is typically a less-than-fun experience, but these guys made it better, especially Brittany. She was very accommodating for test drives and being available when you needed something. She set up all the paperwork, made the whole experience enjoyable and did everything but help us sign on the dotted line! She was great to work with, and we would highly recommend her.

Connor is hands down the most down to earth guy I've ever purchased a vehicle from. A+ service from top to bottom, start to finish. Vehicle 2 from him, and wont buy anywhere else! The entire staff is helpful and friendly, never had a bad experience in service or sales.
