I recently made a sizable purchase from Niebrugge. I first contacted them by phone and Emily was very responsive, sending pictures. I then visited the store to get a closer look. I received the same professional service, friendly and courteous. The delivery staff was the same way. I checked five dealers that day some in person and some by phone. There was no one who could touch their price. Niebruegge beat everyone by as much as $1700 for in some cases lesser quality brand. I absolutely love this place!

Went and picked up a kitchen table chair from here prices are very reasonable and the employees are all very good and respectful. Have bought several things from here the craftsman is top of the line. Yes a little higher price but you pay what you get so will gladly pay a higher price for the furniture.

The saleswoman who helped us today was friendly and very helpful. They were able to deliver our new couch just hours later and took our old broke down couch away for us. The men who delivered the new couch were very nice as well and were careful while bringing it into our living room. Very pleased with our experience today and will definitely return in the future and recommend to others.

We were looking to get a new mattress and were looking around online and stopped into a couple stores in Effingham and I remembered to stop into Niebrugge’s. Glad I did! They had a great selection that were all made locally up in Springfield. (Gives me confidence in any warranty issues) We found one that stood out and was at a very fair price for the quality level it was, with box spring included in the listed price. Sales team was great to work with and not pushy at all. They have free delivery and were right on the scheduled time. Have slept on the mattress two nights and is night and day better than our old one purchased online (Casper mattress.)
