I had a screw in my tire leaving me with a flat overnight. My mom recommended this place and I am glad she did. They were honest, reliable, and efficient. You can tell it’s a family place and that family is important. It reminded me of my family. There was a grandfather and granddaughter in the front office sharing stories while the gentleman went to work on my car. I would recommend this place and will look into additional services.

Place is the worst. They say they fixed something, turns out, I paid for parts and labor and they did nothing. Instead, they broke something else on top of that and charged me more. Everybody stay clear from this place. They have been this for years.

Octavio fixed my heater core in my Jeep Wrangler for the lowest price and very quickly. I outsourced estimates as far as NWI and they beat the lowest price by over $400

Great customer service. Needed a repair that I know would’ve cost me thousands elsewhere yet Eddie got it done for a fraction of the cost. Fast too. Called on a Friday was ready by Saturday evening.

I work in Elgin but live 1.5 - 2hrs away. So a coworker and I decided to carpool. In one of these times his car got a flat tire and we wanted to get it fixed. We stopped by 2 tire shops and neither could help. The tire were too worn down so they said patching them could not be done. We were looking for a used tire cause a new one was too expensive. We found this shop cause it was open til late and that was the best thing we could've done. My buddy even got a deal on wheels. 'Wheel' be back.

They dont tell or show u how much is labor or price for the part they can easily charge for used part nd price you new part they show total amount on paper it's better to check o'Reilly or auto zone nd see how much is part nd check they labor nd see how much it adds up cuz after charging me 380 they found another problem with one of my caliber he told me it would be another 300 to fix first of all o'Reilly cost 115 but if u bring the old caliber u get 45 back but so what turned out to be 70 plus is 100 labor he was chargering me extra 130 even to fix it they also gave me breaks that had cracks that they replaced for me dont come here unless u feel like throwing money away stay away better get your part at o'Reilly or auto zone after they tell u what's wrong nd add up to there labor nd see if that match up with there labor nd parts
