Last month, I took my Honda Pilot 2013 in because there was a check engine light, and they diagnosed it. They told me that the engine oil valve needs to be replaced. So they replaced it, and then two days after the same check engine light came back on. So I went back there, and then they told me that you needed to rebuild the engine,but later I went to the Honda dealership, and they diagnosed and told me that the only thing that needs to be fixed is a oil pressure switch and then after that there was no problem. Then, on the same day, I dropped my other car for an oil change, Mercedes c300 2011. They damaged the windshield, and when I went to pick it, I saw a crack in the windshield. I told them about it and they said that they would replace it,but then in one week they told me that it cost $800 and they only paid $250. I had to pay the other amount from my pocket. I spend too much money on both of my cars. This is a very terrible place so please stay away.

If I can give a no star..that will be my selection. I have never experienced such workmanship. Owner negotiated the pricing for lesser. This repair shop did a lousy repair Because “to meet their negotiated pricing” to top it off, after repair was 90% complete, owner called to say there was issue they did not see? And will cost $500 more of what was discounted” I am so disappointed. They discounted the job but did not do complete repair. Paint is not smooth and streaky, hood did not close properly. When good is open the grill falls off. Owner explained it’s what discount to make the car to be at my pricing. Did not do as promised and turns around to say “you pay for what you get deal” what a joke and crookServices: Auto body & trim repair
