Never have the medicine in stock. Slow and rude.

This happened on 4/27/23 at about 4:30pm. I'd give zero stars if I could. They refused to take my insulin prescription (refill, mind you - from my vet) because it was out of stock and wouldn't be in for a few days. I explained that's ok, I don't need it for another 10 days. "OK, come back then" she says and hands the prescription back. "Here, so we don't lose it". I asked why I couldn't just leave it here and they call me when it's in and she walks over to the next register, "Next customer!" (while I'm in mid-sentence). So I ask the pharmacist "Why is she refusing to take my prescription?". He comes over and says, "You don't understand how this works, we have to order that, we are not refusing to take the prescription" I said I understood it out of stock, that and it's happened before and you always just take the prescription and call or text when it's in, what's the issue? "If you need it right away, you can try Walgreens" he says. (After explaining multiple times I don't need it for 10 days), Walgreens sucks, I told him. "Yeah well that's how it is, buddy" he says. So, I took his advice and and went to Walgreens. Started with "We'll have to order this and may not be in for a few days" They asked a few questions and I was on my way. An hour later, I receive a text telling me it will be ready the next day. Like how it has worked at the Walmart location for over 5 years. I'm not sure what happened, but I have transferred that and my 5 other medications to Walgreens as well. With prices skyrocketing everywhere on everything, customer service is paramount. THAT'S how you keep my business these days. I'm no longer accepting poor service or attitudes from anywhere for ANY reason... and certainly not insolence!

I went to this pharmacy for the first time a couple weeks ago. Normally I go to Walgreens, but I compared prices on GoodRx for the prescription I had, and Walmart was literally a quarter of the price compared to Walgreens. A few minutes after my doctor sent the prescription, I called to make sure they received it and to ask how long it would take to fill it. The person on the phone told me it would be ready in ð$$15 minutes. The line was long when I got there, but they got through it pretty quickly. The pharmacist was so nice and helpful. She was really friendly and even stopped to introduce herself and say hi to my son when he waved to her. I was really happy with the service I received and will be going to this pharmacy from now on.

As most other reviews says; most of the prescriptions are "not in stock" even after they place an order for you! What a shame for everyone who works there and ask you to come to pickup your order after lunch break and when you go there after like 1.5 hours they tell you that your prescription is not in stock. So they place an order for you at that time asking you to come back tomorrow just to get an answer: "Your prescription did not arrived today".

When I order my prescription, 8 out of 10 times they don't "have it in stock", and i have to either wait a day, or get it from another pharmacy. I do NOT drive, so this is very inconvenient. They also waited a week to tell me my prescription has a recall for possible carcinogens (AFTER I GO IN TO PICK UP THE REFILL), and i had ONE pill left.... the day after I go in for the refill, and they tell me, I get the recall letter....seriously?

I get 4 meds every month and I haven't really had any problems. The people seem fairly nice. I have seen some arguments about coverage while waiting in line, though.

I switched some of my prescriptions from Walgreens to Walmart to save a bit of money. I am going right back to Walgreens. These reviews are truthful - stay away. The pharmacists at this location are terribly rude and unhelpful!

I've used this pharmacy many times with no problems but boy have things changed! They entered my information wrong repetedly, scared me to death telling me my prescriptions weren't covered when they were the problem every time. They called my poor doctor dragging him away from patients. THEN they announced my medications surrounded by others TWICE - NEVER AGAIN!!!

Horrible customer service. They don't want to help and everyone just pushes the task to someone else and you get tossed around. They'll say she'll help you over there and you go “over there†and then that person will send you right back to where you were. So no one really helps and you just have to go home without your prescription because they couldn't pick up a phone and make a call to the doctor to confirm something they don't understand...just go to another pharmacist and avoid the hassle.
