In line now for drive through 1 banker inside and only helping inside customers 1 st she said .

Mostly Atm outside is not working.Bank workers usually they have difficulties to answer simple questions.Too long wait on the drive thru window.I thought something will change after 53rd took over but they kept same working crew.0 stars from me pick different place

Don't do business with this bank. I had a account in this bank for about 5 years and there was no issue up until last year. Last six months or so nothing but problems. I deposited my pay check in November and when I checked the balance 2 days later it didn't show the deposit. I run to the bank to see what happen to the money. I met with the banker and it turned up that my check was deposited to my 6 year old daughter savings account. They fixed the mistake right away. When I asked how that happen no body knew. I complained to the manager, but she didn't seem very concerned, the mistake was corrected, right? Stay away from this bank as far as possible. No one seems to know what they are doing any more !!!!

Absolute worst bank to do your banking for ever. All are rude non friendly at all. Don't go there, the manager is a mean witch. Pretends to care.

Very curteous, polite, and informitive. Only negative comments; no atm inside, and fees for change rolls. Also the bank as company charges a fee of 2.00 or 3.00 to use a diferent banks atm.
