Needed help to pay phone bill .they really didnt want to help me pointed at a computer and said go over there .when I said no I need help guy was very rude will never go back there again .they need to take some classes on customer service .

I used the machine to pay my bill. Paid 220$ cash. The receipt printer is broke, now it is showing I didn’t make a payment! Soooooo now, I have to drive a hour there, and hour back, to fix the problem, cause I can’t call the store! Pissed!!!!

I have been having a problem unlocking a Verizon phone to be used by another carrier. Even though I wasn't a Verizon customer, I was treated very well & with concern for my problem. Even though my problem wasn't solved, I left with a more positive attitude about the problem overall.

Don't bother going into this store. They are not customer centric. Went in for a couple of issues and told me to call the Tech Coach, which took over 3 hours and still unable to resolve my issue. Spoke to the Store Manager and his words "We are only sales representatives, we don't resolve problems." Don't really see the point of having store fronts when you can't or won't assist. After 20+ years with Verizon I guess I will have to change providers. They don't care - STAY AWAY!

I pay a lot of money for their services and I'm not impressed. I keep having problems. I go in to waste my time and the service sucks. People say i constantly break up and it was supposed to get fixed. I dont know whata going on. I might just have to change providers.

Definitely would not recommend this location to any Elmhurst University students. Manager refused twice to assist my son with a phone activation issue, even when I (his mother) came in once with him. even though both our home store and corporate told us to go in to the store. Manager definitely lacks customer service skills. Curt, rude and immediately shut down a simple request for assistance. Added: clearly this location has had multiple issues with customer service before us and nothing has been done to correct this issues, like as simple as having a phone number to call. We also tried and even corporate didn't have a number for them. Ignore Verizon's response and choose a different location.

Worst customer service at a Verizon store! Don't bother coming to this location. They gather in the back of the store and have a few customers waiting in the lobby. Then they come out and act all rude, like if they were the ones waiting just to skip some of the customers. I'm not coming back to this location. You're better off taking care of business online!

Should of never went to Verizon. More fees than other companies. Must pay activation and other fees up front. Then expect credit months later. Then when you cancel a line they take months to take off. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Expect to pay 2 to 3 times more first 3 months. Just to call them so they correct the charges.

Talking/Working with the store staff was like a used car sales person who was padding their own pockets. Everything they told me down to the prices was half the price more then what a Verizon representative on the phone quoted me. Funny thing was I spoke to the representative on the phone while I was at Verizon Elmhurst store. How can one trust the store staff now? Why would I ever recommend this Verizon location if you can't trust anything they tell you? Please go to any other Verizon store other then the Elmhurst location unless you like throwing your money away.

We stopped into to switch four lines over from Tmaybe. CoreyDavison was the Verizon employee who assisted us. Corey was great. I am not the easiest customer, I ask ALOT of questions. Corey was patient, answered my question, made sure my phone was activated and working.
