Diane, the Deli Manager is literally the most toxic disgusting person I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with. She creates a horrible toxic work environment and gossips about her employees, like she’s 13 going on 85, in front of customers. Someone come get this lady and reprimand her ? never going back.

Way over priced for what they have and their food almost always looks nasty and most definitely not fresh. They also seem to carry mostly processed food with very little choice for healthy food. It's also kind of sad they don't support local businesses. I happily travel slightly farther for a MUCH better quality store.

Was literally just in there as I usually am on Friday afternoon and Saturday evening getting groceries. This is a routine and I've gotten to know most the cashiers. I would like to think pretty well. I'm terrible with names but I know the faces, cashier behind me was asking a stock. Boys/bag helper guy to help her bag the groceries He told her no playfully of course and she being the main cashier that I deal with pretty regularly when I'm in there because I'm in there usually later in the day. And being most of us that were in there at the time cuz it was fairly busy were just small talking and I had piped up when I had heard that cuz this is going on literally directly behind me literally inches behind me and so I said just charger a dollar and instead of the conversation continuing instead of him replying or saying anything he gave me this death glare. Like I said something horrible. Now I don't know this bag boy very well, but what I'm kind of surprised at is he would feel comfortable in a small town of Eureka Illinois to give a regular customer that spends as much as I spend on a weekend. A dirty look and I don't even know why I got the dirty look. Perhaps he didn't like it that I was piping into the conversation. I have no clue but what I'm shocked at is he would feel comfortable giving a person a dirty look like that specifically while on the job in front of all those people in such a small town store, I could easily go to Walmart or Sam's or any other blockchain store and spend about 50% of what I just spent. I spent nearly $300 just tonight. I could have spent half that at Walmart. Instead. I choose to support local stores hometown stores. I don't appreciate getting dirty looks, especially if I'm going to be spending almost twice the price to support local businesses when I could travel 15 minutes away to my local Walmart and spend half the price.

Pretty overpriced but love their meat. Their chuck eye steaks are about as good as a ribeye but so much cheaper!

Your employee’s like to take food out of the meat department like hamburger and cook it for their own personal use for at home for their supper, cook it there in the deli and not pay for it either!! Also you have employees in the deli that like to take food n not pay for it as well, also some of your employees like to leave an hour early of their shift n get away with it or have their kids come to the store while their working and walk around the store with their kids to buy stuff for them while they r supposed to be working in the deli!!! As well as deli employees come in late past the time there supposed to start their shift and get away with it and not get into trouble!!!!

The people in the deli like to get away with alot of stuff!! Theres 3 people that get away with stuff that work in the deli, two of them like to come in late for work n dont get in trouble for it either. The 3rd person always leaves almost 2 hours early before her shift is done, and she also likes to take meat (hamburger) from the meat department n cook it in the deli and make taco meat out of it for her families dinner that same day and doesnt pay for it and also when her k

Steer far away from this store! If your looking for somewhere to get dirty looks and no help whatsoever this is the place. There is one arrogant worker in dairy that doesn't even do their job, just sits on their phone. They treat you like absolute garbage. They hire people who don't care. Good luck with these people!

Friendly helpful people. Excellent customer service. The Deli and bakery food is absolutely delicious. Great selection of meat and veggies and fruit as well. Clean store. Everyone wears a mask and social distancing is encouraged.
