5 stars for Kris the store manager. He's down to earth. He didn't make me feel like a number. He listened to what I needed and taken his time to research products. He has great customer service skills. He's quick with helping customers and he's very thorough. Keep up the great services Kris.

Originally got an O2 sensor from the Touhy location. The location had me pay almost $200 for the part and when I took it to my mechanic, for some reason the part was different than the photo on the box and didn’t fit my car. I decided to go to this location and Christina and Rodney were so helpful. They read into the description of the part I needed and examined the part I got from Touhy and oh my god that location SWAPPED OUT THE PART INSIDE FOR A CHEAPER PART THAT ISNT EVEN A DENSO ( so the box was the same but the part was a cheap knockoff instead of the actual part). Christina and Rodney were very transparent with me, explained what happened, gave me the exact part I needed and double checked to make sure that the part wasn’t swapped out of the box! So glad I went to this location instead of the Touhy cuz they scammed tf outta me ? Thanks so much Christina and Rodney!!!!

I simply love this auto zone the workers are very helpful and patient to all the guest and the manager Kristin Morris he’s the best I’ve never seen no one who can run the store as good as he do anytime you can find a manager that make sure his staff is on point with the guest take phone calls ring up orders and so on and still manages to get everything done with no complaints that means he’s doing an amazing job Kristin Morris is the best hands down on scale from 1-10 overall it’s all 10s for me

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at the [Evanston] AutoZone 6054 Dodge on August 21, 2024. My daughter purchased brake pads around 11:56 AM, but was given the wrong ones by the manager on duty, Christian. When she attempted to return them, he rudely refused to process the return, stating that he didn’t like the way she parked. This caused unnecessary delays and additional costs, as my mechanic had to reassemble my car without completing the brake installation.
When I went to the store with my mechanic to get the correct pads, another manager, Christiana, was kind and professional, helping us find the right parts. However, as she returned with the correct pads, Christian, from three registers away, started yelling aggressively about why he initially refused the return. His loud and disrespectful tone was not only shocking but also made me and others in the store extremely uncomfortable. It’s beyond unacceptable for a manager to behave this way towards any customer, let alone a woman.
AutoZone 6054 Evanston needs to address this behavior immediately. I hope no one else has to go through what we did. While I appreciate Christiana’s assistance, I would seriously reconsider returning to this location due to Christian’s unprofessional conduct.

Kristen was very helpful to us today. He went beyond just selling to us. He helped us get the products we needed and install them on Labor Day. It’s the little extras that matter.

Ron,Roney, and JayJ were the associates that helped me. This store has the best customer service I've experienced in awhile. Thank you. Not only did they have my taillight bulb in stock, I was given great assistance from Roney. He was excellent in instructing me on what to do. So if you want great customer service, extremely friendly associates with a whole lot of knowledge go to the AutoZone on Dodge and Dempster in Evanston ??

Had a wonderful experience yesterday. Ronald, Jay J and Roney are the absolute best and an asset to the store! They all went above and beyond! I will be back and I will tell everyone I know to go there for their automotive needs.
