Met with banker Mary Grogan today to open a CD and it was definitely a 5-star experience. She is very kind, very knowledgeable and very very helpful! This is not my first visit with Mary. My previous visit with her a year ago would also be rated a 5-star experience. I feel very comfortable and confident meeting with her for my banking needs.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I tried to become a new customer based on ads I heard on the EP Podcast. All the personal attention & community-based focus was interesting to me. I have substantial, multiple accounts that any other institution would appreciate. For the past 2 1/2 weeks I have been ignored, given wrong information or referred to other locations. I'm letting others know to not waste their time. Extremely frustrating.
Update: Still no return call or email. Your canned response to the review is useless!
Finally received an email a month after I contacted them. I am so glad I did not move my accounts to this bank. They are horrendous!

Mary Grogan is my personal banker and I can’t say enough great things about her! I refer everyone I know to her! She always goes above and beyond keeping me informed of the latest promotions she feels will benefit me. I was a lifelong Citibank and Chase customer and haven’t regretted my decision to leave for even a minute!

I opened an account here and just spoke to two personal bankers and the bank in real nice and the staff is polite.
