Used to be able at get answers to questions and help but it changed a couple years ago. The workers are rude and dismissive, won't answer questions or help out with citizens needs.

Maybe her dad bad. Remember Sue the crap out of him. Don't starve out there. Family there for life. Friends not. Go home. 15 shouldn't be like this in this day & age. I'm very surprised.
