I, Barb, no Kelly, went to the Forsyth Speed Lube location 7/14 at 7:30am . Website said open at that time. Worker came to van, I was told they don’t open until 8. Had to leave and get to work.
Went again today 7/15 on my Lunch. Sat outside the bays for 30 minutes. Still not one car moved out with 3 guys moving and yet not touching a car that she could tell. They kept looking out at me. So after 37 min. Yes. 37. I had it timed. I had to leave. Only get an hour lunch.
Will NEVER go back to this one. After work today, I will try a different one on the way home. And Hope I have a better experience. Guess I should have stuck with the South Shores location. It just hadn’t fit in my schedule this week.
I normally am very patient, but this definitely tested my patience

My girlfriend went here today and one of the workers was hitting on her while I'm on the phone with her. It made her very uncomfortable. And pissed me off. I'll be up there tomorrow to give him my opinion. Very Unprofessional!!!

The Guys are always friendly! Just left there and noticed they didn’t vacuum the back seat of my car nor did they wash the windows. 103.00 for a full service. They always have vacuumed the entire car and washed the windows! My windows needed washed!

Honest, quality service with a smile. The mechanic who worked on my vehicle was honest with me, telling me I didn't need some of the services I was requesting just yet when they could have just taken my money. The work I did have him do was of excellent quality and done in a timely manner. The fuel system cleaning service restored a noticeable amount of power to my vehicle. You just don't get service like this at this price where I come from in Upstate New York.

Oil got changed... Last cpl times thru though the service was slow, and a cpl employees seem to spend more time on their phones rather than keeping an eye on the job in front of them. A bit alarming when its your vehicle over the pit.
