Slowest teller service of any branch in the southwest suburbs. Has been a great deal worse since Old National took over First Midwest. Good thing I was not in a hurry, took 20min to deposit one business check.

Wow banks don’t open until 9 am now?That screams bad customer service.At least the drive thru should be open @7 am

Was better when it was first Midwest. The drive-through used to stay open until 6 o’clock. Now they close at five.

Hours are terrible. Bank closed when I go to work and closed when I leave work. I don't understand why the drive through isn't opened til 6. I'm seriously thinking about changing banks.

The tellers are very friendly and they go out of their way to provide exceptional service. They fully understand what customer service is all about. The banker Erica puts a personal touch on service by getting to know her clients. We’re very pleased that we bank here!

The other nearby locations are very friendly and greet you warmly upon drive-up. Not very friendly here so far.
