Always dropped off my cleaning on Saturdays before 10 was able to get same-day service. Today that didn’t happen. Young man (wasn’t very understanding) said it is before 9:00 on Saturdays and has always been that way. I would like to think the people that took care of me prior to today apparently they were going above and beyond. he didn’t write down or save the times, but I’m sure I dropped off after nine and they took care of me.

2 month update: It doesn’t get better than this, folks. You matter as a person but also as a patron to Tom and his staff. Quality of service and customer care is their top priority. I recently lost my debit card and Tom called me immediately to inform me they had found it in my pant pocket. He also returned it directly to me! I’ve said this in my original review, but I am actually blessed for my relationship with Plaza Cleaners. They’re your friend and I recommend them to anyone. It’s personalized care. They get things done so fast too! I even tell them no rush and to take their time. Plaza did clean my hat and I couldn’t have been more gracious. I am indebted to this business. Also, everyone is so polite and professional while personable. Much to my surprise even the younger folks; you just don’t see that anywhere these days. Thank you & God Bless. Oscar
I recently hired Tom (Plaza Cleaners owner) as my new dry cleaners. I haven’t even picked my Items up yet and already love Tom and his business. They’re people people! When I do business with someone I like to hear their story and feel their personal investment and Tom well displays this. It’s more to me than just an exchange. It’s a positive business relationship. I’d love to see Plaza Cleaners as my new go-to for all my services. I technically live in Bourbonnais as I’m a college student, but spend some time in Manhattan. I’m willing to drive from Kankakee for this experience! I was delighted in the fact Tom cares about his customers and their personal needs. He doesn’t rush folks out. Plaza was willing to starch my clothes unlike other cleaners. The ONLY possible thing I could ask for is baseball cap cleaning (no guarantee of course.) But that would be so amazing- I’ll inquire with Tom when I pick up my garments. I truly appreciate my experience thus far and hope for a partnership of many years. I searched and searched, and Plaza Cleaners was clearly number one in a multi-county radius. Great website too! Thank you, Tom!

There is no other place that I will take my dry cleaning. I drive more than a half hour to take any special care items to Plaza Cleaners in Frankfort. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Not only did they save an expensive suit after it got ran through the regular wash at different cleaners but they took special care of some of my vintage garments. I would recommend them to anyone, I certainly won’t go anywhere else.

We realized last minute our son's pants and shirts for his dance needed to be pressed. Plaza got it done within a couple hours on a Saturday morning. We really appreciate the owner being so friendly and having the same sense or urgency!

We found ourselves on a short timetable to get a pair of pants hemmed and some shirts pressed for a family funeral. Plaza Cleaners went out of their way to help us out. Life happens and they could not have been more sincere, accommodating and understanding to our situation. They turned around the pants and shirts in record time and the work is beautiful. We highly recommend their services. Five stars!

I dropped off shirt to be "pressed" which I thought meant it would be ironed.Apparently the cleaners has two offerings for shirt service. One costs $2.59 and is a washing and a pressing. The other just "pressing" (not washed) costs around $5.00. The gentleman at the counter encouraged me to get the washing and pressing for the $2.59. Did so.When picked up there was puckering on the collar of the white dress shirt for husband to wear at our son's upcoming wedding. Along with the puckering, creases and wrinkles throughout the shirt. Apparently the service is not ironing the shirt, but they take a steamer and try to steam out the wrinkles/creases/puckerings. They did try to iron the collar where the puckering was but would have liked them to iron the whole shirt.Word of caution, make sure you ask it ironing done or just steaming.

I’m a nursing student and I needed a patch sewn onto my uniform for my clinical rotation the following day. I had gone to two other dry cleansers and neither could sew it on in time. The wonderful staff at Plaza squeezed me in and got my patch sewn on the same day!

Brought in a windbreaker for zipper repair. Was contacted when there was a difference in price than what was quoted, due to the complexity of the repair. Tom explained the logic and reasoning for the price change, and did not want me to experience “sticker shock” upon pick up. Top notch communication, excellent repair, and prompt completion of repairs!
