I had the unfortunate experience of having to pay late fees and penalties to the IRS because my paperwork kept being delayed by the office manager and his team. My wife was constantly in touch with Liberty Tax, but they were unresponsive for months, which delayed one of our tax returns by four months. This office is very poorly managed.

This location has the best workers! My family and I went to file our taxes during tax season and honestly it left me speechless. Silvia and her amazing boss, Uzair, were very helpful through each step of the process. They made sure to answer any questions and erase any doubts we had. They even went extra beyond to show us how to contact them if we even had any questions.
They were both efficient and provided excellent customer service. They both have something these other companies don’t have! Will come again! :)
