I lived at the apartments on Dayton Drive for the last 3.5 years and had a wonderful experience. The property was well maintained and in a safe neighborhood. Don Swing (landlord) is very pleasant to work with and very helpful in resolving any concerns. I recommend renting from Swing Rentals.

Swings customer service is very poor. I had my experience with Don Swing and wouldn’t recommend renting from him. Had a hard time reaching out to them. Properties were all very low class. They could improve in many points with their business.

Don Swing, representing Swing Rentals, is very unprofessional in his screening of applicants and could very well be labeled as racist.
