The pros are it's relatively cheap and I have never seen it crowded. Has adequate equipment for lifting although if you are a super serious body builder you may find it lacking. Most of the staff are very nice.
Some people mention the personal training section being restricted but the only unique conventional thing they have is the trap bars which I don't use anyway so I don't really care.
Unfortunately the place is beginning to drive me nuts as of late. Total false advertising on the website regarding the holidays that it is closed. They always close extra days around holidays, which should be disclosed on the website.
They at least used to put up notices in the gym of the closings but this time (July 4) not even that. I went in Tuesday and it was open, no holiday closure notice. Came back on Thursday, personal trainer rudely says it is closed but let's his client right behind me in. Friday is the 4th so obviously closed. I come back on Saturday, entire building is closed.
Sorry but have some respect for your customers' time. Put all closures on your website and let people decide if it's worth it and have adequate time to adjust their schedules.

The GVN equipment is nice but not available to members without permission. The rowers have been out of batteries for more than 12 months. Used to be a good deal but the product has lost quality.

Ever since the previous managers left, this place has gone to the dogs. Never cleaned, bathrooms and lockerrooms are filthy. Gym floor is never cleaned and I have seen the same toenail clippings on the ground for weeks. Staff is incredibly lazy, unprofessional, and just unfriendly. They sit on the counter at the frontdesk, eat food, lay on the floor, and never pick up a rag to wipe things down. The new office manager from the ice rink seems to be missing or have no management skills. Lack of consideration for members with strange opening hours and cheap materials that we use to wipe down equipment. Avoid!

Terrible customer service, I've been trying to reach out to them to cancel my membership. Unfortunately they won't return any calls and proceed to charge my account despite not having a contract. Beware of deceptive business practices

The facility is always clean, the front desk person is very friendly and most importantly the classes are amazing!! The classes are challenging but also accommodating for everyone.

Yes friends! I have found the gym of my dreams. If your an athletic performance kind of gym goer, this place is for you.They have large turf space, TREX bands, plenty of weights and squatting racks. There are not many machines both cardio and weights. So if that's what your looking for, this won't be your jam. However, if you want that garage gym feel and don't want to pay CrossFit prices, come here!

I have been going to this gym since 2017. Here are the reasons to consider membership:*The price - you can't beat it, and all scheduled fitness classes are included in the monthly fee.*The location - Easy to get to and plenty of parking.*The staff - So kind and so professional. I pay a nominal fee for a instructor led personal session that has helped me gain strength and mobility.*The view - While running on a treadmill, you can watch professional skaters practicing their routines. It's incredibly inspiring.

The gym is always clean, and I am always able to get the workout in that I want to. I have been coming here since Junior year of high school (around 3 years now), and I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants a gym that is not overcrowded.
