Never again. It looked like a kindergartener vacuumed my car. The dash wasn't wiped, windshield left dirty and this is AFTER I complained and the supposedly made it better. A total waste of money. I am so irritated.

I can’t say enough good things about Fuller’s in Geneva! The Team is so friendly, they do an amazing job (I have two messy boys in travel sports so our car interior gets beat up🤣), and I am always beyond satisfied with the quality of their work! Thanks to Bob and Team!

We were at the Fuller’s Car Wash in Geneva on Thursday before our trip to Geneva and what a memorable day indeed! 😂🥵☀️🫠🚗🫧🧼
We were able to arrive perfect timing…before we know it there was a long line behind us.
The staff was super friendly. I appreciated his stylish flower 🌺 bracelet as he guided the car and letting us know we were in ‘reverse’ instead of ‘neutral’ haha 😅. The soaps were sudding and the wet water jets wow I felt the force against the vehicle.
Thanks to their powerful vacuums we were able to get rid of Beebeesh fur, rocks, dirt speckles from the car. We wanted to make sure it was clean before our trip to Galena, Illinois.

I paid $75 (plus $10 tip) for a full service wash and an interior spiff. Overall, for what I paid, I was NOT impressed. My middle console wasn't touched at all, same for the back cup holders, windows were not cleaned while down and all of them have a film on the top lip and the shifter was only cleaned around the front and sides, lots of dirt left behind. Two stars bc I didn't have to schedule an appt and was able to come at my own leisure.

DO NOT PURCHASE the $99 special detailing. It's actually just one step up from full service car wash. And its a half decent job.
The only extra detailed job performed was armorall on the dashboard. Other plastic parts in backseat were not cleaned. half vacuum job. I emptied trunk center counsel and this was not touched in-between the seats was not vacuumed. I made sure to empty the whole car. Back seat flooring per the vaccuum marks left they didn't move the mats. Or clean. I know there not that dirty but still could have been cleaned as they said was part of the package. Backseat has cup holder also not cleaned. The visor mirrors not cleaned... they did advise no carpet shampoo which was fine with me. Im the only person using my car no pets no kids.
What's more disappointing is when i CAlled and asked for supervisor/manager i was told he was with another customer i provided my info said what the call was for. and i still have not received a call back. Otherwise i probably wouldn't post teview . Inspect your car before leaving a tip.

Excellent car wash. Fairly expensive. $48 for the ultimate. They vacuum, clean the windows inside, hands dry it, etc. There is usually a line.
