Absolutely love this bank! We are treated like customers and not numbers. We're recognized when we go in and it's like talking with friends. Ben and Yesenia are fabulous with answering questions and giving guidance whether it's regarding simple transactions or making decisions about a banking product. The rates and services are top notch - my husband and I always talk about how we hope they don't get gobbled up by one of the monster, impersonal banking institutions because this is the first time we've really loved our bank. Highly recommend to anyone and everyone!

Ben Caballo in Geneva is a treasure. He is the reason I gave Geneva Bank my trust- and more importantly- my money. A situation cropped up suddenly. Ben handled with it, not by the textbook, but with compassion. Want a bank that’s smart, makes you money and cares? Look hard at the people who work there. Everyone at this branch cares. Ben cares more than his pay grade. That’s what I want in a bank. Don’t you?

We love banking at Geneva Bank & Trust. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Most of our interaction has been with Yesenia. When an issue occurred where someone was trying to compromise our accoint, Yesenia caught it and no losses were incurred. Yesenia then took measures to prevent any future issues from occurring. After having an issue with my account, Yesenia was more than happy and very patient to help resolve the problem. She also followed up with me later to confirm that everything had been properly taken care of. She was a pleasure to work with!

Today marks probably the 5th time that I've tried to use the ATM here in the past month, and no matter what time of day I go, the ATM lane seems to be inexplicably closed at least once a week. Sometimes there's just cones in the lane; once there was a handwritten note on the screen that said the machine was out of order (the lane was open then, of course); and today someone is painting the building, and their ladder is, you guessed it, right in the ATM lane.I don't have time to go into the bank, and I'd rather be contactless given this whole global pandemic thing. Wintrust's app also has major issues with login, so I can't even deposit checks there or check my balance. If there was any other ATM I could use to make deposits, I would, but there's not. I'm going to be getting an account at a larger bank as soon as possible; I'd recommend you do also.

This is a fantastic bank with a very small town locally run feel to it. I do most of my banking elsewhere but I opened up junior saver accounts for my kids here. Every time we go in we are recognized right away and always greeted with a friendly hello.
